Really nice place and great location the owner will take it into account X a possible holiday.

The staff at the bnb is absolutely superb. Very attentive and helpful. There are two main drwbacks though. Firstly, it is very noisy. During weekends noise from the street kept me awaik till 3am. As many bikes and cars with loud music circulating in the main street. Secondly, mosquitos there are many if them in the evening. Opening door for a minute resulted in number of them in the room. Breakfast was pretty good for italian hotel. Choice of fresh bakery and some ham and salamy. Could be a nice hotel if not that noisy.

Or stayed with my family for five days and was really wonderful place wonderful rooms great Puluzia to the maximum staff very kind and professional we were really good thank you thank you Mr. Giosuè and Miss Stefania there I will come back thanks again believe me recommend it a few steps from the sea thanks Again.

Excellent hotel, modern, clean, very friendly staff and attentive in the service. Our flight arrived in Palermo at 22 HS and the receptionist waited only for us to check-in (a genie). Very good breakfast.

Good pasta and fast service, though nothing special. Prices were fair. Drinks are very fair. The view is amazing, sitting directly at the beach terrace.

Best bed&breakfast in mondello! Personal super friendly and perfect position in mondello for restaurants and evening walk in the mondello village and 2 min walk from the beach, boat rent and mutch more… Room very clean, modern, and fresh even if out side it's very hot! 5/5

A beautiful place, inside the wonderful town of Mondello.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Close to the sea and the Centre of Mondello. Great breakfast.
The BB offers facilities like umbrella and Deckchair to transport directly on the beach and parking facilities within walking distance (250mt).
The place is full of eateries all around where you can eat whatever you want.
Clear water.

Excellent and professional. Quiet, meticulous cleaning, good amenities, bicycles, deckchairs, gym. Great breakfast, pleasant the pots of Geraniums in public areas.

Vacationing in October 2014. Wonderful hotel, the owner is very positive, humorous, this Sicilian. Staff at the highest level, thanks to Daniele, cool guy, made friends immediately once stopped. And parked the car on myself and posted and tea immediately watered. The next day, after the maid found a bottle of cold white wine on the table. That's well done guys, you know how to create a welcoming obstanovočku guests. Breakfast in the morning standard, European-style. All fresh, all delicious. Coffee 5 +. Sicilians know in this sense) 100 metres from the beach. The perfect place to relax. Recommend.

Place clean tidy and very welcoming. The owners are friendly and make you feel at home.

The staff MAY have been a bit standoff-ish at first but a LITTLE effort in broken Italian and they seemed to warm up just fine. Breakfast was pretty standard with fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee bar, croissants, etc and the room was really clean and comfortable with a grill out back on the patio, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi was also included and there was a nice courtyard with chairs to hangout on just outside the reception office. I felt like it was extremely affordable even for the off season. Mondello is within walking distance, a Palermo bus ticket is less then 2euro and Capo Gallo is just a short hike up the road!

Nice little place. Truly the centerpiece of Mondello as soon as you step out you will find yourself in the square and the sea!

A nice bed and breakfast a few steps from the sea and from the square of Mondello. The facility is very nice, on two floors, the rooms are nice and clean too. To be a bed and breakfast in my opinion the price is a little high but well worth it.
