CDSHotels Terrasini - Città del Mare

This enormous resort has everything and is well run.
Rooms are super, the views are outstanding. Staff are great. Food is quite poor. Drinks are very reasonably priced and we drank from the bar rather than the wine on tap at lunch/dinner as it was better. The resort is very remote with no bars, restaurants, shops or beaches in walking distance so a car is essential. We are visiting just weeks before it closes so many features of the resort are closed/not running.
The cliff pools and slides are amazing but closed quite regular. We would've liked to do more sea swimming but the areas were usually closed off.
Public transport is virtually non-existent and the hotel shuttles have stopped. We hired a car from the hotel which was very cheap. Terrasini 10 mins drive has plenty of restaurants and shops plus a beach. Palermo is lovely but a nightmare to drive through, worth it.
Trapani was lovely, don't bother with Marsala.
Sicily is very run down and there's litter everywhere but it's a well known fact according to the guide books.
There are far more positives than negatives about this place and we will return. Thanks x.

We have just come back from10 days at your hotel. We loved our stay, amazing place, views and sunsets unreal … we found all staff helpful and attentive. Lovely clean room and large balcony with incredible views.
We loved food, good variety and selection … lots of options.
We especially loved the Lido Pontone area.
Appreciate we went out of season so quieter which worked well for us.
Was our anniversary whilst away and we found a bottle and cakes in our room which was touching …

This year was our 4th time in CDS Hotels Terrasini Cita del Mare. We come back year after year because we like being in Terrasini Cita del Mare with its stunning views and sunsets. The staff, from Management to the chambermaids, always give the utmost attention to meet our needs. I loved the hotel's private beach which is well equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and a bar with refreshing drinks served by the very friendly and happy Marianna.
My husband, Piero, loves playing tennis and every morning he was doing exactly that; playing tennis with the hotel's tennis coach. Giusi, the Guests Relations Manager, has always been ready to help and consistently showed care and concern for our well-being and happiness. She made us feel like part of the family.
The complex is huge, with sports facilities and activities going on all the time, as well as different swimming pools which cater for all ages. Furthermore, there is a range of wonderful facilities and entertainment for children of all ages. Evenings are filled with live entertainment. The holiday village has multiple restaurants, hosting a variety of local food. The biggest asset to this place are the people who work there: dedicated, patient, professional and friendly. We will definitely come back next year!

I booked this trip through Loveholidays and stayed at CDS Hotels Città del Mare in Terrasini as a solo traveler together with 2 more couples they stayed in a separate building on an all-inclusive package — and honestly, it exceeded all expectations.
The food was incredible with loads of fresh, tasty options at every meal. To mention for those with food intolerance, is Sicily and as part of the Italian country, cuisine is traditional and well known for their pizza, pasta, cheese and fish/sea food. The resort was spotless, incredibly clean and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. There were activities all day long for all ages, tennis court, gym, football, mini golf which made the place feel lively without being chaotic. Entertainment team members were so welcoming and friendly.
The location is stunning, and the resort itself is huge — with beautiful grounds and even a private beach that’s easily accessible with the hotel bus shuttle. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation and fun, and I always felt safe and looked after.
I had my bedroom with sea view. I left my balcony doors open all day and night, nothing was touched. Housekeeping serviced every morning.
They have travel and car rental services on reception level, shops, bars nearly everywhere. Spectacular slide down the cliffs straight into the sea.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone booking through Loveholidays — whether you’re going solo, as a couple, or with family.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The views were absolutely breathtaking, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The resort features three beautiful swimming pools, with the bar for cocktails. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options, but I do recommend to go earlier, because after 1/1, 5h there is not much left or it’s dry. The coffee from the bar close to the reception was especially good.
In the evenings, classical music was played on the terrace during the dinner hours, creating a lovely atmosphere with stunning sunset views, and after 10pm live music, but more like a dance music.
Our room was nice and clean with big terrace and sea view. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa experience. My friend and I booked a massage, and it exceeded our expectations — it turned out to be a full-body massage, and it was incredibly relaxing. The staff were professional and attentive, which made the experience even better.

Beautiful place! A must if you are in Sicily.

The worst hotel experience. Dirty room, AC not working, broken tiles in the bathrooms, telephone not working and when you speak to reception their reply is sorry fully booked. They send maintenance during my visit which is not at all professional. Horrible service. Definitely do not recommend.

Absolutely not advisable, horrendous food very dirty rooms hygiene zero rude staff. I would have to write many other negative comments and nn finish.

Lovely place, Top animation, perfect kinder club, standard main restaurant food, good Sicilian restaurant, app. For horrible and non-working restaurant reservation. Beautiful location rooms all sea view some nicer than others, slides to the sea that deserve, access to the sea from the rocks very nice for snorkeling but not suitable for small children, the beach we did not try, I would go back and recommend it.

Excellent structure I would say beautiful, fantastic pools, the guys of the animation very kind and nice … But we were disappointed by the food, bland, raw meat and fish, the pasta instead hard, usual food, every day almost the same thing, we ate well only at breakfast unfortunately … I reiterate the unfortunately because the structure deserves so much it is a real shame to be disappointed x the food …

Beautiful place, we were greeted by fantastic staff! Fabio super, Sergio made me dance and sing to the notes of La Liga ❤️. The guys of the restaurant super nice and very attentive to our every need! Cleanliness ok.

For us it is the second time we come there we were Friday to Sunday May from you really wonderful place, people all polite, always available for everything, spotless rooms, eat delicious everything clean, really recommended place … ps 😚😉we will see you this summer a hug to all of you 🤩

We spent the May Day bridge in seaside town. What about beautiful experience to redo very kind staff ready to fulfill every request restaurant with abundant and good dishes. Great spa experience I was really happy. See you soon!
