We stayed here the last 2 weeks.
We had a great time, very nice appartment.
The staff is very friendly, the swimmingpool has a great view over the coastline with the beautiful island Isola Bella.
Great walks down to the beach or up to the beautiful town Taormina.
If you're looking for a nice and quiet holiday, this is the place to be.
We will return to this great place.

We were visiting Taormina and chose Red Land Residence located between the centre of Taormina and Bella Island, with a magnificent view. The staff and property really cozy car parking at 50 meters! I recommend it to all families and beyond!

Room clean, everything you need and enchanting views. If you chuckle over the many stairs, you can go down to the cable car up to the city and on the way back down to the residence. Related to Messina and Giardinni Naxos sandy beach 20 min. Drive. Owners and employees very polite and courteous. Taormina is worth a trip and we are very happy to come back. Fam. N… Berlin.

The residence is very nice, service staff, very kind and friendly, the rooms are very nice, especially ours, with a view directly on Isola Bella, very clean. Immersed in a fantastic Mediterranean garden with great attention to detail. The pool is fantastic. With very large and sunny spaces, and breathtaking views, on the coast of the Mediterranean sea. A pearl. Not very far from the center of taormina, and very close to the sea, possibility of parking. Wifi. Breakfast, I can only recommend it. Thanks for everything. Naitana Alessandro. All is grate BUT, be careful, to get to the beach or any location actually, you need to wolk thousands of steps. You must be really fit. It's hard to get there and with car.

Absolutely perfect stay! Great view, nice pool, and friendly staff. Location is second to none in Taormina.

Very cosy apartment hotel. Friendly staff that wanted to help when we had questions. Apartment was ok standard. Bathroom were fresh. Really nice views! Ok breakfast with bread and a number of spreads, yoghurt, coffee etc. Approx. 350 steps down to the beach and equally as many up to the city. Good workout for your legs!

Lovely italian style apartments with the best panoramic view to Isola Bella island, sea, mountains and Taormina city! Helpful and friendly personal — I highly recommend this residence.

The residence outside is beautiful and well-groomed. Inside the rooms unfortunately lack some basic things like the TV and the hairdryer. Old bathroom where there was no jet of water in the bin.

Giovanni is a very friendly person who even waited until 10 p. M to welcome us. There are even friendly ladies who clean your flat every dayWe enjoyed our 10 days here in this little paradise.

Good location between the town of Taormina and the beach of Isola Bella. The area is a rocky mountain terrain so if on foot its a lot of steps. There is the option to take a cable or taxi into town. When with more than 3 people, taxi is cheaper than cable. Car is convenient and there is free parking but be prepared for narrow winding roads and poor visibility. View from the pool, breakfast area and most apartments is amazing. We had apartment 7, unfortunately not the best vi…ew and very poor water pressure in the shower and sinks. Breakfast was simple, sufficient and we always had good service the entire week (last week of October 2017) Reception was often helpful and pleasant. Depending on who was working. The pool area is lovely with a spectacular view of Isola Bella but it would have been nice to be able to order drinks from coffee to wines and liquors or even just sodas and juices. We had no car so to do proper groceries was very inconvenient… we ate out everyday however Taormina is actually too touristic and expensive for eating out an entire week. We also had a late flight into Sicily so by the time we got to the apartment we were tired and hungry and there was no option to purchase food (a fruit basket would have been nice) Perhaps this can be recommended even if for a small extra charge for guests who are interested or an option to stock fridge at a set price for first night. It is a good place to stay when in Taormina.

Location takes the cake… stunniny views. In need of air con installation and a bit of a facelift inside the rooms. The setting is lovely with fruit trees scattered around the grounds. The steps back up from the beach are tough.

Horrible Experience! Rude & unfriendly staff. No privacy, pool stinks, breakfast is bad, too loud. Nothing positive to say, stay away from this place if you want to have good holiday!

Great garden. Quite. Half way between Taormina and ISOLA bella. Family run residence affordable for family.

In Taormina for a week in August. The accommodation was one of the best I've been to. Everything seemed to be kept clean and tidy, but had some plants overgrowing which kept in with the Italian style. We had an apartment with a balcony and a patio which both overlooked the hills and the sea. There were great views at night and during the day. Mainland Italy could also be seen on a good day. In the morning, breakfast could to bought on-site from an area which had similar views to the balcony. There was even a sneaky piece of cake snuck in!   The pool was also kept clean and the surrounding are also had a view of the sea and Isola Bella. The Wi-Fi was always slow and took a long time to upload or download the smallest piece of data, but was suitable if you weren't planning on using it lots. The network can be accessed from the reception area and just outside.

Supermooi uitzicht, mooi appartement, mooi weer, fijne sfeer, lekker zwembad.

The place is beautiful and externally is well cared for with so much green. Located in a convenient spot for those who have the ability to make 300 steps to get off at sea, less for the elderly.
When it comes to the rooms I thought better, it is delivered without the bathroom set so no hand soap, no bubble bath, no curtain shower then squirts water from for everything and remains the bath wet on the ground for hours.
All in all not bad.

A lovely place overlooking Isola Bella. Good drop point to visit the area. You can easily reach the city centre of Taormina for a walk or a meal. Nice pool.

Excellent service, clean and pleasant. Beautiful complex, quiet and familiar. It has a pool and lots of green space. With spectacular sea view. For young couples and families, unbeatable price-quality ratio. Recommended! After the check out we were able to leave our bags until the time to take a train
Maybe breakfast could cost less than €6 per person. Like all over Taormina to go up and down stairs to get to the center or the beach (to have this in mind when going to this town). It is located equidistant from both places.

Excellent service, clean and pleasant. Beautiful resort, quiet and family. For couple young and families, excellent relation price quality. Recommended!

Beautiful place — good hospitality, very cute and authentic apartments. All round really enjoyed it, despite not ideal weather. Highly recommend.

Stayed here several times over some years, love the place. Going back in late October can't wait.
