During a training course I go out for a moment to answer a customer and forget the sunglasses on a sofa in front of the reception… after a few minutes I come back to retrieve the glasses and I do not find them… I ask the staff that with an absurd unsentimental Does not take into account my requests… bad customer Service.

A little bit outdated. Maybe a 4 star overrated. In the room the shower and the faucet of the sink I do not think they have ever had contact with the anti-limestone. The room is still fairly clean and the towels soft. As Accessories headset right, soap. You hear everything in the rooms next door and from the hallway the attendants who were discussing about using a detergent. And the breakfast is very basic… when I asked for a coffee I was given the machine.

In early May with a bus travel Scatpopulation for a night at the hotel food were very good despite late arrival staff nimble and hardworking. Room bathroom very clean … Hotel is very central. Breakfast all there because we were only one night 4 stars.

Very bad the maintenance of the hotel. The dryer did not work and I was not solved nor the cistern.

Hotel very well organized and very convenient location for meetings and congresses as well as for the particular ease of achievement by the car traveller. I think it is also well organized for connections to the stations. Equipped with car parking, it also allows motorcyclists to put motorcycles in the covered parking lot. Bright and clean environments. With an indoor restaurant. Staff helpful but extremely serious. Recommended.

To pass only in front. I book a double with single use double bed, upon my arrival they tell me that the doubles are exhausted and give me a room with a sunbed. The next day they demanded the payment of the double single use. Staff not suitable to do a job of reception. Stuffiness to the right and left. In short, who can avoid.

Helpful friendly staff and clean if basic rooms. Reasonably priced but it is next to a very busy motorway. That said it is still pretty close to the centre of town and only a €40 taxi to the airport.

The worst hotel, to choose when visiting palermo. Smell of cigarettes. Far far from the city with out any transportation to the center. Very unfriendly staff. Do not go there.

Decent hotel. The coffee at the bar is just horrendous!
The bartender does not make the receipt, probably pocketing himself the cost of coffee!

To avoid staff ill kindly deplorable meal.

Room are clean and very comfortable, service is good and also breakfast with lots of choice. The position is good to reach the center and is well connected with bus.

Now no longer intercontinental but chain Hotels Goddess Cit Hotels. A. Lovely four star hotel, spacious and clean, in the process of upgrading, showing its grandeur. Good food in the restaurant excellent and the dining room service. If you're in Palermo, come visit us, we will be proud of!

Good hotel to visit the city.

The forest is beautiful, clean, soundproof rooms, service is good, nothing to complain about. We had bed and breakfast and the breakfast was great, very varied (various cakes, muffins, various pastries, breads, cereals, meats, dried and fresh fruit, cow's milk and soy, various yogurt … etc), all freshly baked and all homemade! Never seen such a breakfast!
