Very nice hotel on the mountainside. Excellent welcome. Recent quality facilities. Small regret for the breakfast quite any and, especially little followed in replenishment: the dishes empty quickly and remain empty for a long time. Ditto for coffee.

We celebrated in local QS the 1st Communion of our daughter and it was a wonderful experience: the environment is refined, embellished by frescoes and crystal chandeliers, attentive staff and excellent courses! A special thanks to the director Ivan who has been able to follow us and direct us for the best, respecting in full all our expectations!

A modern, clean, and comfortable hotel with great location right in the heart of Ragusa Ibla just a short walk from the Piazza Duomo and the San Giorgio Cathedral. Our room had a beautiful deck overlooking the valley. Breakfasts were great. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Ivan for arranging a ride to Noto, saving us from an uncertain and difficult bus connection. Highly recommend this hotel!

I'd say! It is a very special hotel, where some rooms, are dug into the rock. The staff were very helpful.

Comfortable rooms built into the cliffs of Ragusa. Taking the elevator to the 5th floor gives you access to the walking street leading to the main plaza. Large bathroom and good Wi-Fi access. I recommend this hotel.

I experienced a pleasant experience at the San Giorgio Palace Hotel, as the property is very beautiful and is located in the heart of Ragusa Ibla so it is very easy and fast to reach the center! The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel Staff was very helpful and courteous and the breakfast apart from being varied and plentiful was delicious! I recommend it to everyone!

We arrived without a reservation in the middle of January and we were welcomed like old friends. All the staff was nice and full of attentions. A small problem with the heating was fixed instantly. Nice buffet breakfast and a perfect location to visit the old town of Ibla.

The place is beautiful, the staff very friendly and attentive to the guests. Perfect stay.

Exceptional!
I stayed only one night in this beautiful structure that is noted and appreciate instantly thanks to a manicured garden and thanks to its tunnel (wow! ) that with a set of delicious scents, colors and light game welcomes you to the elevator that leads to Reception.
The room I found clean and fragrant, is large, comfortable and excellently finished in detail and overlooks the valley of Santa Domenica.
The Hotel is in the center, in the heart of Ragusa Ibla, in fact, through the elevator you can reach the Duomo in 3 minutes. Parking (free) is safe.
Very Good breakfast, very characteristic the room where it is set up.
Finally (but not for the least) The staff is very polite, friendly, helpful and sympathetic.
In Short, they make you feel at ease and I am happy to have been customer of this wonderful structure.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Ragusa because you will find several benefits that will not make you regret the choice made. Congratulations to all the hotel staff! I was only one night but I will definitely be returning! It's worth it!

The hotel is up a long ramp outside, then a ramp to the elevator to reception. On street parking was available near the bottom of the ramp (on my December trip). It is well positioned in the old town, near tourist sites. I didn't have need of my car during my stay. Upper floor rooms have excellent views, I'm unable to comment on lower floor views. The hotel breakfast was good and varied with pastries, cheese, salami, antipasto. Hotel staff were able to provide advice on what to see and where to find restaurants. Quite perfect for a weekend or one night visit.

Characteristic Hotel, carved out of the rock of the historical centre of Ragusa Ibla. Tastefully furnished rooms, ideal location to visit the old Town and enjoy the peace of the valley on which it overlooks.

Very good hotel no problems. All as expected. Town is very historic and very interesting but is very hilly. Driving in sicily a bit of a nightmare.

We stayed at the San Georgio Palace Hotel for 5 days woth a group of cycling friends. The hotel is a couple of years old — a mix of old look and modern. Very lovely. Our room was a nice size — peefect for us. Nice shower, comfortable bed, closet and shelves for clothes. The hotel is right in the heart for Churches, Garden, restaurants, etc. The staff were awesome. Evon, the manager was over the top to ensure we had a great stay. His staff were all very pleasant, professional, helpful and worked hard for us. Julia, walked with us to the post office to interpret for us, as well as giving us instruction how to get to places, restaurants, pharmacy and site see. Grazie Mille to all of them. Highly recommend to stay here and be pampered!

Very friendly staff. Friendly and helpful staff. Large room with a view. Excellent Breakfast: local products and usual food for breakfast. Spotless; Recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Double access, both from the road that runs along Ibla and is passable by car, either from one of the streets of the centre of Ibla.

Very nice location near to the city centre. The room was clean and spacious​. The check-in was fast and kind. The breakfast was good.

Fantastic, modern staff beautiful breakfast on tereazza with a view. A lift to the city from the parking lot. You can't have more.

Beautiful hotel, very clean. After a horrible experience elsewhere we came here without a reservation. They accommodated us for 2 nights and we're glad it worked out this way! Easy parking just down the path, and easy access from the main road back to the highway.

This hotel is awful! Cold soulless no hall no vestibule, no lounge, no bar no service, impossible a find, we you sends a link gps the day before to tell you that there is no parking and you must leave the car in a street in against the bottom 2 hours of lost! For the garden view actually no garden but a crane! It was hard to breathe in this modern hotel in fact we're in a housing project of luxury planted in rock!

Best Hotel experience in Sicily. Very Coeliac friendly. So hospitable and with beautiful rooms. Accessed via a tunnel and lift built into the rock. A Boutique Hotel that delivers a quality high standard and even provided a welcoming bottle of Prosecco! Will be returning to Ragusa if only to stay here!
