Very kind staff with us and with our dog (which is not obvious). We were very well received. Perfect location to visit known. Parking provided by the hotel, so very convenient.
I recommend it because it is very good and the staff welcomes all requests.

Horrible staff. Rude and unaccommodating. Bought several drinks and services from their bar and was refused use of their bathroom — despite the place being empty. Not something I would have ever done to someone. Indication of the attitude of the establishment. Lots of other places in Noto that are more friendly and more human. Disgusting. Not to mention that it is a LEGAL requirement to offer a bathroom if you are a bar/restaurant with seating. This is not a kiosk. Indicative of the type of small minded people that run the business.
