We have just returned from a week stay to celebrate my 50th birthday. An absolutely fantastic place. We stayed in one of the suites which was just perfect. Marco and Valerio were fantastic hosts, nothing was too much trouble and the lady looking after our room was also lovely. Breakfast was great. Not too far to walk to the sea. An all round perfect stay. Hopefully we will be back. Thank you.
The room was a good size and clean. The welcome was great with instructions on the day on how to make contact so that someone was there to let us in. They were really helpful, especially with a superb recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. The location is good — a very quiet residential area about an 8 minute walk to the beach.
The things that could be improved — a net curtain in the window. As the room was on the ground floor we felt we didn't have privacy unless we closed the main curtains. The bed was a bit soft. The TV is small for the room, and the selection for breakfast was not as plentiful as the photos on their web page.

This was the child hood home of the caretakers turned into an Air B n B. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. It was a 7 minute casual walk to Mondello beach and a 15-20 car ride to Palermo. There are several very nice restaurants within walking distance. The reason I gave it a 4 on the location was because we wished we had been closer to Palermo.
