The past few years I went to Martinique every week with daily entrance to the pool and it was really nice and relaxing, this year they increased the cost of entry in my opinion a bit excessive for those who want to go there with the family with children. Among other things, there are no more tables and you can not even have lunch by bringing it from home. I do not recommend it for these reasons. What a shame because it was really nice.

Fantastic seafront location in the Gulf of Palermo.

Beautiful location with attention to detail … Clean pool and helpful staff… In addition you have the sea a stone's throw away… Near the city x more… It would only take a little attention to the entrances.

Efficient, friendly and understanding; the staff promptly responded to any situation, ensuring the success of the evening. A glimpse of beauty in the coastal area of Ficarazzi, the location is the place that the sun loves to look at and from which it is admired, from any point in Martinique in fact enjoys an excellent view of the sea that becomes more evocative especially when the sun sets. Not least it's the food; exact they also take care of the catering and being all cooked by them comes to the table still warm. Quality, courtesy and elegance characterize this place and all those who work under the guidance of Mrs. Adriana, to whom I offer my most sincere congratulations to be a true leader and point of reference. I am very satisfied, they made my 18th birthday unforgettable! From the chalet on the sea we saw the sun give way to the moon on the notes of the songs sung by the duo "Luigi and Elisa" who enchanted us with their voices. What about it? All perfect, enthusiastic guests and all my family more than them. I'll be back very soon and I recommend it to everyone! I was at Martinique for three different weddings, and the quality of the food along with the preparation was excellent, but now having had a problem at home I had to book a room… And I'm proud to have spent these days in this wonderful Hotel… with excellent service, staff in my opinion above excellence, I reiterate the quality of the food… and so fantastic management… Thank you for making these wonderful days thanks to all the staff… you're amazing… I would recommend everyone to spend a great week in this wonderful property… Thanks again…

Area tobacco is very good. Friendly and welcoming staff. Also great for a drink fast. Good area pasticceria /bar.

Very good restaurant, great food, I also used the pool all day long, clean pool and friendly staff, games and entertaining entertainment. There is also car park inside. Nice Hotel rooms very pleasant, sea a bit dirty but beach equipped. Altogether a good place.

Place where you enjoy a nice view. You can see all the Gulf of Palermo and is located on the sea also has swimming pool and beach equipped.

Very large and clean Rooms. The Staff were very helpful Just a Pity that the sea is not spotless, but it is not their fault. Good!

It was a nice weekend. The view from the balcony it is fantastic, you feel like you are on the beach.

Hotel that enjoys a breathtaking sea view, spotless rooms, very rich breakfast, very good kitchen and attentive to a demanding clientele, the local fish always fresh and cooked to work of art, what about a truly enchanting place where you can Organizing high class banqueting, I recommend it with your eyes closed!

The room is Very clean San Silvestro Dinner Experience not to repeat staff of Zero room! Poor Food bad Lunch Day 1 January to banish not even a farm kitchen so bad room service for lunch even more scarce the previous evening in short nn I'll go more! I do not recommend it to everyone! And high prices for the few expectations of the restaurant room.

Good to be away on a quiet place on the sea after a day visit in noisy​ Palermo.

A 4 star hotel but with vintage leisures and frigo-bar closed, no water distributor…

Impossible to book by phone much to choose another hotel and check in not responding.

Nice hotel which loses its charm because of the "music"…
Pool, music boom boom and no entertainment… when people ask to drop, we tell us that it entertained the pool customers (who are not necessarily in the hotel). The music is down for 10 minutes and given still stronger…
Wanting to get away from the noise we will "take advantage" of the sea. And no, the bass so strong make it impossible to rest.
At the restaurant, the TV yells. A solution "peel smart remote" on your phone to put in mute or turn down the sound (mainly TV LG and Samsung).
At night, if you're out of luck, you will be entitled to a marriage (or other) and then there is the grand finale, the music makes you vibrate room after-hours…
The hotel is apparently not their main activity and only their activities annex (pool rental, wedding, …)
In short, if you pick up the rest, walk away.
However if you like the bad clubs with low saturated commercial techno suddenly is the place for you.

Great small hotel with great service in a not so nice neighborhood” Great place, very friendly personal (thanks a lot to Stephanie and Daniela). The breakfast has a nice variety and quality. The room was comfortable and the view to the sea from the balcony was just awesome. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool a lot and of course the delicious ice cream and pastry at the local store. Unfortunately the neighborhood is really ran down. I'd you like to walk, like us, the views to trash ALL over the street are REALLY sad. It's not the fault of the hotel, but worth to consider.
