Heavenly location. Tranquility and beauty frame this lovely place. Concocted in style, each frame light sound makes the right sense. Clean rooms, yummy food and a beautiful pool I would stay here again right away.

Great location surrounded by the nature. We booked Ramo D’Aria for 5 people and we received a very warmth welcome. The service was very professional, suggestions were great, the waiter spoke good English and told us everything about the dishes, wines and their origins. The quality of food was great and the price was not too expensive. The dessert menu could be slightly improved. All in all, I really recommend this place to try local Sicilian food and drinks.

Amazing hotel with a well thought out fresh breakfast, spatious rooms and an amazing pool. The staff is really friendly and I would defenitely recommend taking dinner at the hotel as it is delicious.

Beautiful small hotel. Not a huge amount going on in the surrounding area, but the food and amenities at Ramo d'Aria are so good you don't really need to leave. The pool is great, rooms large, clean and smart and the restaurant really is excellent. Breakfast is also very good. Only downside were the bicycles which were advertised as free for guests to use. They had all been left outdoors for a long time and were in very poor condition, with a lot of rust visible. We cycled down to Riposto for lunch on the two which looked in best condition, but halfway back the cranks fell off one of the bikes and it was a long, sweaty walk back. If they could invest in some nice new bikes for guests and maintain them then there would be literally nothing to fault about this hotel.

A great address, a top hotel, excellent welcome and a view of the beautiful Etna from the pool (and some rooms).
In addition the hotel can manage your excursions, for our hike to Etna a guide came looking for us directly at the hotel without any steps taken.
Recommend without hesitation.

Amazing place to stay and relax. Beautiful view of etna mountain and strategic place to visit everything in Sicily (etna, taormina, siracusa, catania). Stunning swiming pool and modern rooms. Thanks to the staff as well.

Very quiet place, far away from the chaos of the city. Kind and excellent staff. The rooms are a bit expensive and the only complaint is about the shower: in my opinion it is too tiny. The gem of this place is the waterpool: open even in the night, it offers to guests one of the best landscape view of Etna I ever saw by so far. The restaurant reaches a very high level of gourmet meals, thanks to the great Chef. If you booked a room here, then you may consider the idea of spend at least one morning or afternoon into the joint SPA "Zash". It is almost 1km far away from the country hotel and you will get a 50% discount on the ticket, saving 10€/pax.

Ramo is quite simply is one of those places that you have to go to once in your lifetime. This delivers from start to finish, an amazing setting, a fantastic old building decorated in an extremely tasteful way with quite possibly the best pool you have ever seen. The views from the pool with Etna smouldering in the background are one of a kind. The hotel is billed as a country hotel and is in a very remote area in GIarre. It is situated in technically a 'housing' area but as soon as you step through the gates this is forgotten and you feel completely away from the world. There was some construction work around but this is drowned out by the calming music resonating around the pool area. The rooms are very trendy with plenty of toiletries that ARE replenished daily, we have a case full of souvenir toiletries now ;-) The staff are exceptional and very attentive, they kindly arranged for prosecco, fruit and fresh flowers to be delivered for my girlfriends birthday whilst we were eating breakfast in the very picturesque breakfast area. One of the wait staff (lady with the short hair) was particularly attentive, was multi lingual and remembered our coffee and egg order every morning. A couple of recommendations; hire a car, eat in the restaurant in the evening and make sure you fully appreciate the beauty of where you are staying, Ramo d'Aria is one of the best places you will ever stay.
