Very clean rooms and very nice staff!

Staff very unpleasant. The owner is unbearable. Hotel located outside the city in a poor urban context. Without links with adequate means of transport.

We spent only one night, but the kindness and the friendliness of the staff made us feel as if we were at home. The cleaning of the room was impeccable, provided we have been provided The courtesy kit in bathroom and soft bathrobes that are related to slippers; moreover, the room is equipped with all The comforts (Wi-Fi, kettle, nespresso machine, safe, fridge-bar, phone). For the guests there is a parking lot behind the property free private parking. Finally, we would like to thank Monica and the guys from The bar to have fully satisfied all of our needs.

Very nice hotel with great staff who couldn't be more helpful. Food was very good and the pool area was great for relaxing. The only negative was that the hotel was situated a bit far out from the city centre and bits of the walk in took you through run down neighbourhoods, which limited you at night to where you could venture. Staff in hotel were more than accomodating though with a bar service with snacks and recommendations of places to go.

Everything is great. The bed, the breakfast, the bathroom, the people. You need a car or tours because is a little out of the way, which, in Catania is good.

Good new hotel. Not much around it and not so close to many things even though my stay was a business one. Hotel was nice as well as the staff and breakfast. I would stay here again.

Everything in the room is wonderful, we had 180° rotatable TV/bar on the wall and I really liked the interior of it the opened wardrobe but I think the sofa bed could be double bed which usually it is… and also more variety of the drinks like hot chocolate or milk. Helpful staff to order taxis for us and recommended nice restaurants in the centre for us. The breakfast is abundant — a range of croissants and there are different types of honey e. G. Lemon, orange etc.

Very spacious room. Simple and clean. You need a car to stay in this place. It’s a bit out from the city, 10 mins drive. I like it a lot. Think it’s be best hotel in Catania.

Worst experience ever! Yelling, insults, and the manager sends his employe to block our rental car while arguing about outrageous made up charges. All of this happened while in a hurry to our flight and in front of our 2 little girls. I highly suggest you keep away from this hideous place!

Fantastic hotel. I'm in a great room, fantastic staff. Only thing I'd say is perhaps invest in a communal computer? I know everyone has a smart phone, but it would be a good move. Apart from that fantastic! Smells great too and staff friendly and helpful (even when ordering pizza)

We stayed in this lovely hotel for one night only to visit Catania, the Etna and Taormina. The hotel crew is warmly welcoming their guests, they have great rooms, great breakfast, lovely outside place with small pool to relax. Everything just excellent, absolutely recommendable ❤️

Very recent & modern hotel, spacious rooms, great terrasse and pool, with a free secured parking and nice & helpful staff. The breakfast is great! The only downside is that it is far from the city center so you have to take your car each night for dinner (as there is no restaurants around the hotel) …

Everything great: location, rooms, cleanliness, hospitality! From the reception to the waiters make you feel at ease. Rooms are very large. Mini-bar and tea in the room free of charge. Parking is free of charge. From the hotel you can easily reach both the centre of Catania and other neighbouring countries.

Local almost in the centre of the new, elegant and comfortable. The prepared and competent staff and will make your stay a pleasant experience. The well-appointed rooms and equipped with absolutely superior quality.

Hotel very good and friendly. The staff really friendly. An enchanting Panorama, and then breakfast… very full and exquisite. Clean and well heated and very comfortable. I highly recommend it!
