After many postponements because we were undecided in the departures, we convinced ourselves to spend a week on this beautiful island of favignana and at that point L pairing had to be on a hotel that would not miss anything

Exceptional location of this hotel, the exposed quarry is very impressive! Our room was not the best but still very well maintained and clean. The common spaces inside are tastefully furnished and with typical elements or themed with the activity of extraction of the former quarry. The outdoor spaces are really beautiful, especially in the bar and pool area, walking in the garden full of fruit trees is really relaxing. In the evening the hotel lights up beautifully, allowing a glimpse of beautiful views from the other, always in the evening there is also a great atmosphere in the area of the bar and restaurant. The pool is clean and comfortable, also suitable for children; breakfast in the morning is abounded and with ample choice. We enjoyed it as far as the hotel was concerned, but the real find was the restaurant. I think I can say I haven't found better value for money in any other restaurant on the island. The fish and raw materials on offer are of the first choice and the dishes are really exciting. Too bad we missed out on Tunisian-themed Friday, because the menu looked really interesting. A note of extreme merit, both for the hotel and for the restaurant, the kindness and professionalism of all the staff without exception. We were met on every request and also gave us great advice on the activities and restaurants of the island. Very recommended!

Highly recommended hotels. The location is very impressive, the structure is made inside a tuff quarry. It is striking that you find such a high level of comfort in a site "commonly" imagined by construction site. Elegance and sophistication characterize the service, even the restaurant deserves 5 stars for the choice in the quality of the food! One of a kind, truly Top a Favignana!

Great experience, absolutely comfortable clean and stylish hotel, built in a very original location. The staff are very friendly and helpful but it is to be said that I stayed there towards the end of June when still the property and the island is not stormed by tourists. Not exactly cheap but considering everything I think I have spent the right. Recommended!

Very nice and comfortable hotel, beautiful outdoor spaces and pool, spacious and clean rooms. Great variety for breakfast, both sweet and salty. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The shuttle, free of charge, takes and leaves guests at the port and even in the evening, if you do not have a vehicle, allows you to reach the center and be resumed around 23:30, obviously after booking. We had already been to the Cave Hotel, another property on the same property, and had enjoyed it. Cave Bianche is the ideal hotel to spend holidays in absolute relaxation. We will definitely come back!

I have been to this hotel 2 nights in mid-July and I must say that the structure is very fascinating, built inside of an old quarry.
The rich breakfast includes Sicilian cakes, besides the presence of the pool is another bonus, because it allows you to cool off on a hot day (like afosissime I stayed at).
The room I was allocated was high, very pretty and with an outdoor area, only flaw you had to go to access, through some sort of entry without air conditioning really passionate.
The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, although the hotel shuttle was getting kinda wait …
Overall though it's a place where originality and charm of the structure, here again.

Favignana a hidden pearl in the mediteranean sea. What is there to do? Relax. The hotel takes care of you.
