Il monastero is a fantastic hotel. I can really recommend it to everyone who searches a place to relax. I felt already at home when I arrived. Marella received me so warmly and explained immediately when I can start with the breakfast every day, showed me the menu cards for lunch and dinner so that I already knew what to choose to eat if you want so and provided me with a beach towel to use at the pool or at the beach. The pool is really a dream. Have a look at the pictures o…f the website and I can absolutely confirm that it looks in reality the same. I arrived late in the morning and could already enter at lunch time my room. The room was really nice. The bed frame is made of iron, the ground of the bedroom is stoned with big files, the walls are plastered and the ceiling is really tall. I liked my room so much. Furthermore you have a safe and an air conditioner. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was very good with really good quality and the prices of the meals are absolutely fine (breakfast has been included in the room price). The waiters in the restaurant have been so friendly and attentive. Already at the beginning the whole staff knew my prename. Even if you had questions again and again the staff was so friendly and every time ready to help. And the directress Giorgia was as well every time available when I needed her help. Even she knew my prename already when we met us the first day at the reception.

We were there yesterday and I have to say that the property is beautiful but the new management does not know how to enhance it, the pool has the hot tub and waterfall breakdowns, in the pool can not access the dogs and it is shameful and especially not being able to bring food you have to eat from them and they charge you even the covered nn just what you pay to get into the pool even the covered to sit down to eat… I don't think we're going to go back…

We recently stayed here for our first wedding anniversary… we loved everything about the place… from the architecture and the history, the peaceful location, amazing pool, delicious food and the incredible staff. Cant wait to come back thank you.
