Real crap. Bathrooms with sour fans with mold! Taps as well as dated without mixer with knobs, and greens from oxidation. I had to brush my teeth with the water bottle! The mold-filled tile leaks. Broken towels! a metre long bathtub by 80 centimetres. Looks more like a wash. But the most serious thing about the cockroaches in the room and what was reported to the chief reception of the serious problem, we were answered with so much extravagar that it was not a problem for them. Only positive the Lord of the pool very kind and helpful!

A super breakfast never seen in a 3 star hotel, rooms dated but a Antonio super Efficemte.

I heard one guest compare the area around the hotel to Beirut, wel you can ignore that, the area has many local residencies, mostly apartment blocks, muxed with some hotels, shops, cafes, even a repair garage or two and it has the feel of an area recovering from hard times, probably because it is! It can be a little worn and tired, but far from the devastared impression that one guest had, I like it because it is genuine, the promenade is long, well kept and is littered with interesting bars, cafes and restaurants, the views are outstandingly picturesque. ThevRiviera is nice and convenient for the beach and local restaurant, less than 5 minute slow stroll to the nearest one,. Very clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast got better as I got used to how they work it. It seemed limited to quite a small selection of cooked/fried foods (frankfurter type sausages, small cuts of streaky bacon, potato and brocholli fritters, some excellent small pancakes) anaemic looking bread rolls that are really quite fresh and pleasant, and two types of cereals whose shelf life may have passed, but I'm no expert on how it should taste. The hot water for tea is probably not quite hot enough but I don't like my tea too hot anyway, and cold fresh milk is not always apparent, but if you ask you get straight away. They have hot milk, but I for one don't care for hot milk in fresh tea.

Great place to stay! Unfortunately when we went the pool was out of action, but with the beach being so close it wasn't that big of a deal. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was quite impressive, with a large variety of food up for grabs. All in all if I was to go back to Sardinia, I'd probably stay here again.

The selection of fresh fruit and cakes is good, plenty of coffee to choose from, ideal for afternoon tea. Most days the "fresh" food is all but gone by 9:30 am, breakfast closes at 10:30 (see photos), with little or no efforts made to resupply. They occasionally offer freshly cooked omelettes/eggs but finding anyone at the station is not guaranteed. All in all not too bad as accomodation and the staff are friendly and helpful, particularly at the pool where hot and cold snacks are available, along with coffee, beers and soft drinks, all brought to you by the friendly barman. The hotel is set away from any night or major road noise and each room has good a. C. Unit for a comfortable night. You may just want to bring your own breakfasts!

Great and friendly staff who always provided service with a smile. Small single rooms with cramped bathrooms however for the price can't really complain.

Very good breakfast but the rooms are great.

Basic room, good cleaning. Antediluvian bath with small bathtub and a lot of difficulty to take a shower and regulate the temperature of the water. Good breakfast (not included).

The staff was very helpful Breakfast more than abundant attentive to all needs with staff who puts Heart x really. We would go back.

3 Star hotel but staff with 5 Star attitude. Had a lovely time. Excellent breakfast choice, clean towels every day, big swimming pool, 5 minutes from beautiful beach and 20 minutes from old town restaurant's. What's not to like.

Great Hotel. The staff was very helpful I've shot a lot of hotels but this is superior to 4 star hotels in Terrasini (Pa), Caserta and Agrigento as breakfast. Sure, it's a 3 star and doesn't have the conference room. But for a weekend Cona family is perfect.

A very nice & friendly family run Hotel, not far to the beach & Restaurant near by. Will come again.

Standard Room, good location and perfect breakfast. One big minus are verry noise drink machines on the corridor. Hotel has Also pool.

I've been to this hotel all perfect triple room staff really nice. Yesterday however the single is really a hole bed for a nano with refrigerator instead of the bedside table I had to pull the plug x Sleep the TV did not work pitiful bathroom
Definitely negative value for money the triple last month was a whole other thing sin.

Outdated Hotel but close to the beach.

The building and accommodation are a little quirky! However you soon come to love it. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, you could not expect better. The breakfast is first class and all tastes catered for. The maid service is also excellent. My only wish for improvement would be for tea making facilities within your room. Being British it is what we have come to expect.

It was four beautiful days. Very friendly Hotel. ☺ helpful and kind staff. I recommend it.

Great breakfast… everything more about here tables… Worth the money to have it. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Bathroom only uncomfortable for the bidet. Price stay among the lowest.

Room clean but not at all Insoronizzata. You hear all the noises coming from the other rooms, needing maintenance… bathroom light not working. Good location near the sea.

Small bathroom. Rooms with maintenance to run. Insufficient power outlets in the room. Rooms with dark non-functioning. Window in high bathroom and Vetusta.

The hotel is too exorbitant prices. The rooms and beds are clean (thank goodness), the environment is friendly but the hotel really does cagare: cockroaches around the stairs spot just arrived at the hotel elevator to dwarves (really tiny), strong urine odor stairs that still I cannot explain where he got it. The only thing that person everything is the pool: with plenty of sunloungers and parasols and is open all day. If you can, choose any other property but not the RIVIERA.
