I really enjoyed the stay, the quality of service and the food are great. It is built as a village within a natural park, with a particular and unique style. The views are lovely. I recommend you go and see the beaches in the surroundings. There is no doubt that my opinion on the structure is very positive.

If you want to stay in a fairytale village by the sea with stunning views and excellent pools, with the most kind staff and delicious food, choose Blau Cala Moresca hotel, which is part of Arbatax park Resort with using all facilities-which are all great (Boboi shuttle, pools and beaches) of Arbatax park Resort. Our holiday was perfect!

What can I say… a Paradise, a magical place surrounded by nature, a dream for those who choose a holiday in this Resort!
Very attentive, friendly and very kind staff.
We stayed in the Cottage and always found the room clean.
Animation very good, fun and always attentive with children.
The guys at the Bouganville pool bar always available, kind and very nice.
Then there is Sergio with his delicacies, from cheese to ricotta, to his stories and his sympathy. A great person!
Of the food we can not complain, excellent pizza and what about the Chef of the restaurant "Le Palme";he spoiled us with his fantastic first courses, especially he spoiled our little 5 years old.
Too bad the holiday of a week flew immediately!
I highly recommend it, I would always stay here again with my eyes closed.

This resort is terrible on many different levels and the value for money is far from anything else we experienced so far. The dinner is awful, not only in terms of food variety but also quality that is totally shocking, below even level of cantine food (e. G. Plain boiled peas, raw sliced carrots, low quality pasta, 2 low quality dishes with meat, 1 cake like a sponge and not much more than that). The rooms are outdated, with not safe bunk beds for the kids, drawers that are falling out, shower that is not water tight with water ending up everywhere. There is no proper beach, the swimming pool areas are small, quality of food at the bars is of extremely law quality, service all over hotel is so poor. Do not even bother spending money on this ridiculouss resort!

Wet rooms! I slept dressed… phone in the room not working personal phone ditto Wi-Fi non-existent… Poor food and bad customer support… and we are at May 16 I dare not think of August. Not recommended.
4 star resort… a pension is more dignified!

Wonderful resort within a natural park, the views of the Mediterranean are unique. An experience to be repeated with the family, not only for the beach holiday, but also for the contact with the most authentic and wild nature of Sardinia.

Horble! A ruined holiday! The reality of this "resort" is totally different! Money wasted! The food is disgusting, the basic rooms are old and unlivable! The resort itself was dirty too much! Too bad, I had other expectations😞

WHAT A VERYYYYY BAD RESORT😖😤 We booked a room for 2 nights and we left after the first night. It was very terrible, so discusting we left. We had a lot of bugs in our room, like snails, spiders and woodlouse. We slept very bad and felt dirty because of the bad hycienic in the hotel. In the morning we told it at the reception and the manager wasn’t there. They told us that we could leave and we would get back our money……. We had to send an e-mail and they should contact us about to get our money back. We never hear about this terrible treatment…. Next to this point the photo’s of the hotel are onrealistic and beside that, the food is for dogs for human🤭 NEVER GO TO ARBATAX RESORT!

Great welcome. Poor reception. Delay in giving the rooms. Untidy and poorly maintained resort. Poor cuisine and poor services. Fantastic staff. Very expensive for data services. Experience not to be repeated.

Beautiful place, the green well cared for, the animals kept very well, the animation and entertainment service impeccable guests, very good guys / and (young) but quite smart. Regarding the food, wide choice of buffets, pretty good stuff. Then I wanted to thank our Sergio (in charge of animals and the preparation of typical Sardinian products … cheese, ricotta, sausage etc etc. ) really a good person, along with his wife, a great icon at the arbatax park. I highly recommend it.

Very bad experience! I absolutely do not recommend a holiday here. From the services, the restaurant, the bars, the neglected structure and the unprofessional staff. It is absolutely not up to the 4 stars, rather I would give it 1. The sea from here is impassable. Poor cleanliness and equally poor services offered.
We have so many wonderful places here in Sardinia, this is not among those.

A beautiful and very charming place. The setting is very impressive, the park offers exceptional views. The staff were very friendly, the service and the welcome were great. A special stay.

It is not a 4 star, bordering on 2 star, the staff-awful food, waiters surly and non-professional, all with many organizational deficiencies, old rooms and very wet holiday to forget.

All great. Spacious rooms with all the amenities and immersed in the greenery. Excellent service, staff always with a smile and very roomy. Heavenly beaches, lots of swimming pools, a thousand activities. Vast choice of dishes one more exquisite than the other. What a sadness to come home!

The all-inclusive is inconclusive… far too much supplement to have quality products.
There are no beaches worthy of the name… rocks, impossible to swim…
The animation is not at the appointment.
The park is beautiful and there are lots of animals.
The spa is very nice.

First of all I want to say that Sardinia is a beautiful place
But I think there are other hotels.
A word of advice don't take this hotel. It's a huge scam.
Tours are expensive and sometimes you have a different price than at the beginning when you pay.
The food is filthy.
Scrambled eggs are powdered fruit juices too. Fruits are not ripe
The staff is treated very badly.
Despite the whole inclusive there are plenty of things to pay for.
We were lucky on the last day to meet two rats on the restaurant terrace. At that time the big boss of the hotel was present A friend brought him things up and he totally snubbed him.
The animation is pitiful.
