Hotel of good level, in the vicinity of the port of Arbatax. The standard rooms, although comfortable, are a little to small spaces. The cleaning of the rooms some times leaves something to be desired. Good and of high quality instead of the proposal of the breakfast. Good level of the restaurant that the menu has fish dishes of good quality. The swimming pool in the outer part instead definitely needs careful maintenance.

We went to dinner I my Wife is my little girl … Very stylish restaurant… The staff were very good. Fish food not fresh… Absurd price… Five stars per place and staff … Zero stars for food is the bill…

It's a great place to stay. Competent staff kind and professional … Impeccable cleanliness in the rooms, and the restaurant complete with great food. Great value for money.

Very good and beautiful place I went to eat with my partner and it is very romantic by the pool and the guy playing the piano in the background. Although reading many reviews say it's expensive it's the covered iconfirm costs 4 euros per person but it's worth it. You pay what you eat, the quality is very stylish and the owner was very nice.
I recommend it is if you want to look good it is the restaurant got it right not to look bad but well you look great!

Beautiful establishment with very nice staff. The outdoor pool is top notch, the restaurant delicious. Breakfast is good. The spa area is under renovation but is going to be beautiful it will just miss a gym.

Hotel cared for in detail and immersed in greenery. Very comfortable rooms. Attentive and helpful staff. There is an outdoor swimming pool with a hot tub area. Plenty of breakfast with the possibility to prepare the desired drinks. There is also a restaurant overlooking the pool.

The staff were Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant excellent, too bad that the smoking terrace gets crowded x the night of men drinking and talking very loudly disturbing the guests of the nearby rooms.

We arrived last night at this restaurant and were particularly impressed by the beauty and care given to the details. All really nice, but…
We were marginalized at the last table in the room, almost as if we had been punished. In Practice our view was a hedge, a white wall and a couple of old foreign gentlemen. And so far we can stay. We took a starter in two, two first, one second, one barrel. Water, a barrel. Wine, two coffees, two myrtles. The raw materials honestly were good but… the appetizer, nice to see but overdressed with strange spices, the clam spaghetti was blown or shaded in wine (as the director MC says), which has turned off the taste of clams, the spaghetti to scampi has been seasoned with A spicy that also turned off the taste of scampi. The second one was not bad, at least on the grill the chef could not put anything except a little ' hallelujah ' oil. All for the modest sum of €130. In my opinion it is a pity to have a nice location, good raw materials and mistreat them so. Only the staff, attentive and professional. Too bad, I won't return.
Ps. In response to the kind of director MC. Given his rude reply on TripAdvisor and that I have no chance of replication, I felt obligated to remove even 2 stars. Do not let us pass for incompetent, unwary or liars, we have certainly been in more restaurants than you and we have certainly acquired much more knowledge than you can imagine.

A beautiful hotel. Quiet, great pool area, good rooms, splendid restaurant, very good staff, what more can be said, a fabulous experience!

I have stayed at this hotel about a year ago and I found it really good, staff friendly and courteous both at the reception and restaurant. Room very clean with view on the pool, bathroom with jacuzzi, and the room is equipped with every comfort. But it was clean.

The Wi-Fi not working (apparently several customers in different periods have encountered the same problem…), parking very small and we had to park in the street, allocation of room with bathroom for disabled (which for architecture and sanitary inconvenience) without being notified to the reservation, staff not memorable for courtesy, double room with only one chair (we were in the living room also for work and one of us had to write to bed), informative and ridiculous rules to the limits Of the offensive as if they were more concerned that the guest did not combine trouble rather than the guest remained satisfied. In short style falls and lack of attentions not at the height of a four star.

Together with my family spent the holidays bad and expectations were high given the level of presentation of the hotel. Breakfast poor, malfunctioning faucet, assistance towards the resolution of issues: absent! pool not accessible to guests if you happen during weddings, communions or other occurrences that usually do at this hotel. Value — the price of zero! ever again.
