Recommended for couples. Great location and great breakfasts!

We tried the SPA a unique thing, refined romantic environment, furnished in a way that is not very exemplary, equipped with all the comforts, the swimming pool with the spectacular whirlpool, the divine council sauna promoted with flying colors.

1. An excellent and polite staff that helps you at all times. Everything is very clean and prepared.
2. The Hotel is very close to the airopuerto in Olbia. About 15 minutes by taxi. It is located very close to one of the main streets of Olbia that at all times is full of people and restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, different leisure, etc.
3. The Hotel has large rooms and an excellent panoramic on the top floor. Everyone who is at the hotel can come up at any time of the day to relax. On the top floor there is Spa and it is so nice and clean that a person can really rest.
4. If I go back to Olbia, I would visit the same hotel again.

Had a very nice stay here, the roof terrace is stunning, you can order drinks to be brought up. Breakfast is a very nice buffet and even standard rooms are a good size with generous bathroom and views over the town's rooftops. Small technical problem with our room could be fixed in the electronic system from reception.

Very nice stay. Staff were excellent. Room very nice. Great views from rooftop terrace. Breakfast could have improve a little. Maybe some beans or a sausage to go with bacon and scrambled eggs. But have a good fruit selection and reasonable pastries.

Beautiful rooftop — one of the highest in the city. Surprisingly great spa in the basement. Standard rooms. Good air conditioning.

Very pleasant stay in a Panorama comfort room on the 5th floor overlooking the harbour. Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent breakfasts. Service very well. The roof terrace a nice rife. Ideal location in the old town. I recommend it.

We stayed here during our visit in Olbia, and was really pleased with the service and hospitality of the staff at the hotel. Always giving us a smile and a “hello” when we entered. The room was medium sized, we had a view over the city. The room had a small fridge and a water heater, and the other more usual stuff like a chair, desk and a small TV with a lot of Italian stations, (none of them in English). The bed was ok. The AC was one of the better ones, the room was always cool when you entered after a day on the beach, cause it was not turned off when you left your room. But a bit noisy. The bathroom was relatively big, but we had bad pressure in our shower, the lights in the bathroom could have been better. The bathroom door was also a bit tricky to close. Breakfast was one of the better I have had in the whole region, fresh bread, fruit different kinds of cereal lots of choices, even whole wheat bread! Bacon and scrambled eggs… top notch! The hotel has a nice rooftop terrace with great views over the city. If they built a pool here it would have been great. The hotel also has a spa, and a sauna which we never visited. The location is great, just a few meters from the main pedestrian street. But far enough from it to be quiet at night. I can recommend this hotel, we enjoyed our stay here.

Great location to walk around Olbia town or as a base hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, I give them 100%. Breakfast can't fault, hot and cold choices. The roof top sunloungers were great for a quiet read in the sun or jusg to watch tgd sun go down, greaf views and there is a phone to request drinks bd brought up to you at a reasonable price. Rooms are typical Sardinian, large with air con and traditional furniture. We were sax to leave after our two nights here and would definitely revisit. Fully recommended by a mum and daughter.

Excellent welcome and spotlessly clean room, we we're late but we we're still served drinks in the bar hot and cold breakfast was superb.

Very good Hotel in the centre of Olbia.
The staff have never said no to every single one of my requests, they have always been very kind.
The terrace on the sixth floor was the icing on the cake, watch the new Year's barrels from that location is priceless.
Also I want to thank especially the receptionist Gianni, having made it more and more useful and also very sympathetic.
I highly recommend.

Suite Panorama, the best for those who want to relax in total privacy and with a nice view of Olbia! Impeccable service, young and friendly staff! Absolutely recommended!

Fabulous hotel right in the heart of the old town. Brilliant staff, so helpful & friendly, lovely rooms, spotlessly clean throughout. Good facilities, spa, gym etc, plus fantastic views from the roof terrace over the whole town, port & marina. Highly recommended.

This hotel and the staff have lived up to expectations Rooms are comfy and clean. My wife hates the mouldy smell you get in some hotel bathrooms, no such issue here. I had an issue with Wi-Fi signal strength, spoke with the staff and by that evening we were in another room. They are extremely helpful, making phone calls to book tours, I would stay here again for sure.

A corner of tranquility and elegance in the heart of the city. The rooms are spotless and pretty. The staff is helpful and friendly, breakfast good and hearty buffet. The spa is supplemented, but is for exclusive use at any time. Fantastic panoramic terrace. For a day/night of relaxation with your partner is perfect. Definitely.

A little gem in the heart of the old town of Olbia. Very welcome the free parking Services, which in an old town is always a problem, and of Wi-Fi. Very nice and intimate the spa. Wonderful view from the panoramic terrace.

Spent a week here as a central point as we discover the area for future trips. Rooms are a good size and kept clean. Breakfast is simple but honest with something for most tastes. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. English is great. If you are driving the free first come first serve car park is a godsend. However the roof is the best reason for staying here, great views of the city day or night.

Location: Only stayed for 24 hours so didn't get to explore much but from what I did see, it looked very nice, really good local restaurants. Rooms: The rooms were nice, well lit, bathrooms were nicely finished Service: The service was second to none, friendly staff greeted us, showed us around and brought drinks from the bar to the rooftop terrace for us. The Rooftop terrace was very good, large space with lost of seating and an amazing view of the city. Would stay again.

We have just spent 4 nights at Hotel Panorama; this hotel has so much to commend it. Ideal location in city centre, spacious rooms and en-suite, efficient shower, and all kept very clean. Hotel staff very welcoming, friendly, helpful, always smiling, happy to advise on restaurants, help you with car rental, and keen to make you feel at home. Breakfasts were excellent, wide choice, and supplies constantly being replenished. Free parking was a bonus. For public transport from airport, take No. 10 bus to Piazza Margherita, bus stops 50 metres from hotel. Our only complaint of note is that the hair-dryer was awkward to use, but don't let that put you off, Hotel Panorama deserves its No. 1 rating for hotels in Olbia.

All the staff were very friendly and professional.

As a traveller (global corporate pilot) I basically live in hotels and to be honest they nearly all blend into the same mould. However once in a while you stay in a hotel that just makes you feel like a true guest. Though it is rare. The Hotel Panorama in Olbia perfects that experience and out of the many many hotels I have stayed in, this is the one that I like the most because of the people. I have brought my wife here to share the experience. We must never forget that without people, even the most grandiose of structures will just remain that, a structure. Hotel Panorama clearly have realised this concept and perfect it.

Very nice hotel in the center of Olbia (a bit difficult to reach by car if you don't know your way around). Friendly staff (speaks english), very nice rooms, and a very good buffet breakfast.
