The hotel OTLICHNVJ on its money. Renovation in rooms 2016: just but clean. Quiet Street at 100 m from the sea. Very convenient location. The hotel has a lift, the wee fi reaches even to the last floor. The staff speaks only Italian, but (! ) thoroughly mastered sign language and there are prepared answers in Russian and English;) ) )

Very friendly staff, respond to any requests, try to please everyone, this attitude compensates for some housing deficiencies. The shower stall is not enough for shampoo and soap. The Internet is free in the lobby! Beauty! Nice, cozy, sea near.

The hotel could not be in a better position, to two steps from the sea and from the promenade where there are shops and restaurants but at the same time quiet to rest. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful (which is not absolutely obvious). The management is new and I believe has the potential to improve still.

I'm sorry that his 3 vacation days have not been pleasant but I cannot fail to replicate to your review.
His booking was for a 2 star hotel (in Bellariva adjacent to the railway level crossing) that could host it, asked to welcome you at our hotel 3 star hotel in marina centro (absolute best position) from her later.
Having availability only for the first night, we reserved (without committing anything extra at the rate of 23 euros, full Board which had agreed with the 2 stars) an elegant room at the Supreme 4 star luxury in which he could stay the day after his arrival. Are embittered that do not have appreciated our willingness to let her spend a good holiday offering it a 4 star instead of a 2 star hotel that had booked.
But I'm even more surprised that it took just one night for posting your review using words like "crap" and "smells bad".
As for what it calls the "little dude" who welcomed them, I assure you it is a Romagnolo with cheerfulness and sense of hospitality. I smiled and offered to drink something cool while waiting to give a room. If I gave you, don't take it. The sea, in summer, on vacation, is not considered a lack of respect to you.
However I will not dwell further, luckily after just over a month that we manage this hotel have been so many demonstrations of gratitude and affection from our customers.

Staff not prepared and who understands Italian, l barely left himself a little boy in room, alone, because of him, I know even say nn x the plate on the House … And I mean flat xche or eat that soup or jumps from the window …
Smelly and ugly rooms, shower water or freezing or hot resulting in flooding the bathroom xche falls on the floor, no tebda, no rug … nothing …

You arrive there already x x, which was chosen in the hotel booking nn mistake, welcomes us a guy that was unpleasant both in slideshow in both ways, that you take too many liberties even had a brother, anything that works I guess.
Then half a day wasted x figure things out as they go, and the next day another half day to adpettare always the nice guy, which in theory should be the boss, that nn deigned to get out of bed x come to tell us where we'd been addressed … in short a day on three of these people, incompetence and threw x w l absurdity of our laws that leave open similar premises … GROSS … If you see this place, listen to me, run before! And did I mention the quality of the food … forget it, we go out to eat, so x make the idea! BYE.

I stayed at the hotel Italy from 11 June to June 18, 2016, together with a friend I was fine, rooms aren't the best but in a holiday what we try is eating well, excellent, sympathy and more. We do all this we found it! THANKS and see you next time!

Central location and walking distance to the beach, the new management's making great progress in this structure, good value for money. I like it.

Decent hotel, all speak Russian quite spacious room compared to some here, close to the center 13 stop.

I didn't like nothing … nada …

English no one speaks English and very bad! The rooms are old, the blankets have stains, the floor is super dirty. An air conditioning system such as a safety Deposit box is not there. The food is super disgusting! The sea is not far, but it costs for two people the beach the day about 15 € (2 sunbeds, 1 umbrella).
