Particularly attractive is the "cantinetta" where, on weekdays, it is possible to have lunch with little expense in a very good way.

Great location, ideal for party banquets, lunches and corporate dinners. Used several times for our business lunches, where the speed is combined with the elegance and quality of the dishes. They offer a wide choice of buffet dishes, first seconds and sweets. The proposal of the mainly local wines is excellent. The staff is always very attentive and precise. There is ample private parking.

Very nice and sumptuous property. It has luxury rooms, park, gardens, restaurant and large from conferences and conferences.
All fenced and a large parking lot on the outside.

Great villa, great restaurant.

I took advantage of the restaurant for lunch. The restaurant is cozy and schic. The service is professional and the waiters know how to advise on choice. I chose a first and the buffet service. The foods are of quality and of the area. Great value for money all with €15 drinks and coffee included. I'll be back.

Very cozy and elegant place. A small spa But there is what you need to relax, great hotel and great staff. Genuine cuisine, good and tasty.
The location looks good for ceremonies and parties.

It is a nice place to enjy with family or frends. Gud to spend couple of hours. The staff is very warm and friendly.

Excellent location for ceremonies, but also for a romantic dinner, or the lunch of the Sunday (x which there is a special menu to soon fixed), or for a business lunch during the week.
For the quality of the facility, the service offered and the food, the value for money is really super!
The staff, with the manager in Primis, is friendly and very knowledgeable.
The property is also a 4-star hotel with Spa, of which I have never had the pleasure of being a guest.
For its strategic position and of course the quality of the structure, are often guests the football teams in Ascoli.

Impeccable structure in everything from the rooms to the good food. The relaxation area for exclusive use and the friendly staff make the stay really enjoyable. Recommended.

A well-connected property, 5 minutes from the motorway tollbooth. The structure consists of 3/4 buildings of which each of them houses a well-defined functional destination, in particular a lecture hall, the hotel, bar and restaurant are distinguished. The fact of having these environments in separate structures could be a problem in case of bad weather, however they create and denit an external space well cared for and usable. The staff is nice and the structure is well organized in hosting events also of great significance such as conventions and weddings.

It's a beautiful place! The rooms are comfortable both in summer and winter, the adjoining restaurant has a kitchen worthy of the area, and sought at the same time, with a fantastic breakfast buffet, (usually in Italy you go to cappuccino and croissants, but here we also have local meats and cheeses), the Staff is very professional as today is hard to find. Recommended!

Renovated and valued Villa that immerses you in a recent past. Great service and food.

It is an ancient Villa used as a hotel. The staff is prepared and efficient, always with the smile is ready to help you. The environment is peaceful and quiet and is frequented by polite people is of a certain level. There is a beautiful park is a reserved parking. The décor is good and the rooms very clean. Breakfast is plentiful and with fresh and varied food. Really recommended.

We've booked this venue for our wedding in 2018, everything so far at least, has been made relatively straightforward and the venue itself looks fantastic.

Important message x TT Those who find themselves looking for a place to have the satisfaction that every penny asked is well spent. I got up from the table really happy, nn weighted and I will be living nearby, but even if I were a few dozen km. It would be worth it.

Arrived at sunset following the directions of Google maps, I entered the courtyard of this wonderful villa. The hotel is elegant and aristocratic without too much glitz the welcome was warm and thoughtful putting me at ease. The warm, friendly and clean room with external access is equipped with
Safe, TV 32, Inch, sky, Frigobar unfortunately only with water although fresh. The restaurant offers a comprehensive menu, the cuisine is delicious. Very satisfied!

Elegant and relaxing place. Felt very welcome and enjoyed the comforting atmosphere.

Spent 2 Nights 2015 June… perfect.

Place halfway between San Benedetto and Ascoli, clean, with friendly and knowledgeable staff, a place to remember!

Great hospitality with friendly and helpful staff. The meeting rooms offer a pleasant work meetings. Assorted and abundant buffet, the food is good. Great property.

I stayed at villa picena Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday of Easter, a really good facility,
cozy, nice rooms with TV 32 "water, tea or herbal tea, free Wi-Fi, excellent food, friendly service, good wines, ready to satisfy every personal need
really happy with it.

Eat great was the service.

Good accommodation. To improve the culinary aspect. Despite this I still recommend it.

Really excellent value for money. Clean, friendly staff, clean and well appointed, 32 inch TV "water from the mini bar and free Wi-Fi and some showers with whirlpool. Really comfortable. Gripes: lighting rooms and hallways too soft; rooms and bathrooms very spacious. I recommend it to everyone.
