Such a nice hotel, very good located! Super nice, friendly and helpful stuff.
Will be back!

Four-star hotel to be demolished completely. Scary breakfast with fruit juice containers full of midges and with a lack of choice (not even half star). Completely rusty balcony with scary panorama, in the bathroom the phone on the sink. Practically structure to be completely redone.

A really nice hotel! We were given the room with the cloud and it was a stay… Heavenly. Good location, very quiet area. Staff at reception really nice and helpful.

I leave 4 stars because we wait for the renovations that will definitely take them to 5. The property, recently changed, has from its professionalism, kindness and helpfulness. Young, dynamic and attentive staff. The cleanliness is accurate. The interior garden is absolutely delicious and unexpected. The bartender at the Fibonacci bar pampered us with his cocktails after dinner. Recommended both as a hotel for tourists and for those who stop in Turin for work: convenient to public transport and porta Nuova station, to which you arrive with a short journey protected by the arcades of Via Sacchi.

Good accommodation at an appropriate price. The room I slept in is not exempt from some small flaws (bed too high and uncomfortable headboard to watch TV, electrical outlet to charge out-of-use phone, shower mixer difficult to adjust) but overall it is good, both as a size and for endowment. Good breakfast buffet and great staff availability.

I stayed this weekend. To say the least fantastic, comfortable, comfortable, friendly staff, great quality-price, Thank you definitely will come back.

Not worth the 4 stars displayed. Cleanliness of the bathroom limit. A little austere and sad. Nice welcome. No parking at the hotel but parking under ground nearby that works in collaboration with the hotel.

L'hotel è carino, vicino alla stazione di Porta Nuova, a 20 minuti circa a piedi dal centro. La nostra camera era molto grande, arredata con originalità e pulita. Un po' rumorosa in quanto a fianco dell'ascensore ed affacciata su una strada piuttosto trafficata. Buona colazione, anche se le torte erano chiaramente confezionate. Personale gentilissimo. Parcheggio a pagamento di fronte all'hotel fino ad esaurimento posti oppure in un parcheggio convenzionato. In alternativa parcheggio in strada, a pagamento, fino alle 19, 30, tranne la domenica.

Room was way to hot. Hotel staff told the heating got switched off but air-conditioning hadn't yet been switched on. Nothing they could do about it so a bad nights sleep was the result. Wi-Fi is way too slow to properly work on your computer.

Friendly and professional. Modern and welcoming structure. Rooms with bathtub and air conditioning or heating. Possibility of breakfast in the room. Rich buffet for breakfast. Also available products for Celiacs. Low prices despite the central location in a very fine neighbourhood.

Clean rooms. Good breakfast Staff helpful and courteous… many themed rooms… mine was dedicated to Senna.

I would recommend it for short stays, very suitable for those around for work however the centre is easily reached on foot with a nice walk or public transport available in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

I booked through Trivague this hotel at the modest sum of €79… you expect from a four star hotel at least the cleanliness… instead it was the first thing to miss. Included in the beds… but beware it is not their problem but the cooperative that washes and does the cleaning. I don't know about you, but I don't sleep in a dirty bed… if not I went to a motel. In more when after 25 minutes from our arrival C we went away we were not reimbursed anything and even apologized. They should be ashamed and not expose out the 4 star category! But you'll see sooner or later will come to you nightmarish hotel! Can you really help…

Place near the station and close to the centre (15 minutes by tram on the 15th you arrive at Piazza Castello). Nice hotel held well. The room was very good Problem was the temperature, very hot, a little bit all hotel was hot. We didn't sleep very well, between the heat and the noise we woke up always early. Very good breakfasts, very varied and of high quality. The staff were very helpful I was expecting something more from this hotel.

Facilities beautiful, comfortable a short walk from Turin station porta nova and with very professional staff.

Bellissimo hotel vicinissimo al centro città ma in una via tranquilla di notte. Il personale è molto gentile. Bellissima particolarità dell'albero, espone opere d'arte interessanti perché I proprietari sono appassionati d'arte contemporanea.

Elegant, but a tad awkward. It is an outdated, well-renovated structure, but it resents a bit of a project of the beginning century. Nice staff Good continental breakfast. A little pricey for what it offers.

Staff very professional and helpful. It was a very nice hotel. Breakfast is plentiful international type.

Pleasant rooms with clean designs, a good selection of complimentary soaps and slippers. Some more weird design choices around the rest of the hotel. There is a bar and small courtyard with carp pond. Staff are efficient, if a little blunt. Breakfast is available for all guests, and the gentleman running the breakfast room is very friendly. The rest of the staff, especially the reception staff are quite cold (with us at least). They do not make you feel welcome at an otherwise great hotel.

It's a great hotel. I had a great time and came back.
In both of my stays, I found a nice and cozy room. Very nice also the bathroom.

During the first visit, I had a great drink at the bar, served by a very good bartender.
The second time, having not been able to use (cause H. 6) of the breakfast, I was offered what I had consumed from the fridge bar.
All the staff very friendly and helpful.
I recommend it.

Nice hotel a little decentralized to get to the center there Violets half an hour of walking in streets not really central, however, has a convenient parking that facilitates the use of the car.
The rooms are comfortable original and elegant.
I stayed with my 10 year old daughter and was thrilled.

It's close to the train station, about 15 minutes. Before we arrived and when we saw it from the street it gave us no good impression. Once we went up to the room our thoughts changed. Spacious room, large bathroom, has terrace, …

The center is about 20 minutes walk, but it is a very nice walk.
It has places to eat and a Carrefour express to 5 minutes.

Innovative spaces and great courtesy. Great breakfast served by friendly and dusponibile staff. Convenient to parking not extremely expensive.

Small room. Air conditioning very loose. Breakfast is scarce. Elevator does not reach the floor of the room. You have to climb a small stretch until you arrive. The service very well.

Very nice and unique. The rooms are furnished in a very particular and care of public areas is very high from the bar with a splendid garden. The staff is the highlight, very kind: they solved every problem. The location also very good, close to the Centre and with plenty of parking (blue stripes surcharge) available. The Council only to brush up a little rooms that begin to suffer some imperfections due to the years go by. Highly recommended.

I would use This Hotel Never more Book. Very Unfriendly Hotel Loby Angstellte. And and Unsiecher Were Bestollen in the Morning dining room. Hotel Intressierte not Room unclean. Us soweiter Deserves no 4 stars A maximum of 1 star.

The judgment can only be excellent, courtesy, service and customer care. I would say that nothing is missing.

A very original hotel with amazing artwork in every corner. Rooms are themed and done in good taste. My fave? Diabolik! The restaurant is a must, and the internal garden is wonderfully peaceful. Add the friendly and helpful staff and you have a big winner! Bravi!

This is my second stay at this wonderful hotel with it's extremely friendly but quite professional staff. I will definitely stay here in the future whenever in Turin.
