Good staff and cleaning. Breakfast was ok. A bit distante to the city center on foot, but you have 2 bus to take you there.

Hotel we had booked to take a break, and we were pleasantly surprised. Excellent value for money, pleasant staff and concerned about your welcome. Breakfast is plentiful and full (included in room price). Clean, air-conditioned room and large bed. We'll be back!

Great hotel, delicious breakfasts, beautiful clean room, every day cleaned up. There's a supermarket nearby, but it closes very early, so if you come back in the evening don't count on it.

Hotel a bit dated in the furnishings, especially with regard to the bathrooms. Good reception and availability. However, there is a lack of management closer to the customer. Clean and tidy. In complementary servants such as the bar and breakfast, I would recommend a slightly more accurate and less cheesy management. Overall all right.

The hotel was solded as three stars. Dirty moquette (inside and outside the room), broken shower holder, one towel missed, the room missed also one bedside table and was not a double but a twin. I'll not book this hotel again in the future.

For one-night stops — tolerable, but no more. The best thing about the hotel is the beds! Everything else is to leave much to be desired.

Apart from an initial mishap, resolved with a new booking (not as obvious as the first), we managed to stay. The area is bordering the center at about 5-10 min buses, adjacent to the hotel. The building seen from the outside is not the best, it seems not quite well cared for. Instead inside it shows cared for, modern and clean. The staff at the reception are competent but in my opinion it was a bit cold, in front of our sad surprise, for the booking failed. The right sized room was promptly set up by the friendly staff, of sunbed for the little one. The only downside that I can't stand like in most of the hotels I visited, the carpets on the ground. Breakfast rich and plentiful, also here the staff very helpful and kind.

Don't deserve in 3 stars — disappointed.

Price satisfaction ratio is quite high. Don't expect a luxury place but it is more than enough with standard services and price is really compatitive.

Cheap and beautiful rooms with King size beds.

The hotel is old and noisy. Bed and pillows are hard and not so much comfortable. The worst thing is the noisy environment. For some very incredible reason, there is a telephone in the hall that keeps ringing the entire morning, waking you up every single day. The room maid picks it up and speaks to it loudly every 20 minutes. The manager should really really REALLY reconsider this method of comunication among the cleaning staff.

Very nice hotel, good location, the rooms are comfortable, and clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast at will is very varied.

I speak as a bus driver from tourism and therefore assiduous visitor to accommodation…!
High degree of cleanliness comfortable parking for the half-beds spacious and super comfy large comfortable rooms more than discreet service breakfast service of a high standard and helpful staff…

What made the difference, in addition to what just reported;
I could use the AA lunch area to eat dishes I bought elsewhere!
And, above all, even more important for our profession… I know that, with outgoing drivers, who departed with their group in the evening, was convex to Check out in the afternoon, allowing them to leave rested to guarantee the safety of the group!
said that. It was not the first time I stayed in an IDEA Hotel, and always I am remiss satisfied. However, I consider that as everything, the quality is determined directly by the staff in Toto… My great compliments and Ro Graziamenti the staff of this structure… to Ms.

We stayed 4 nights and upon arrival we found hairs in the bathroom which were obviously not ours! We didn't say anything in the hope it was an oversight and instead nothing. For four days the hairs remained there at the same place even though they made the beds every day. Missing a closet in the room where you store your things and the French bed was a little too tight and uncomfortable for a man like my husband of M 1.86 in height. Breakfast was good and the room was very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Bad oversight didn't suck it and wash it, luckily we always have it behind the shower shoes.

Everyone is extremely nice and the food is amazing.

Really great hotel for value for money. The room was as pictured. Huge bed and simple but clean bathroom. Reception Open 24h, this is a big plus. In the price also the breakfast of which however we did not partake. Four and not five stars in our assessment because the morning of the day of departure at 10 are put to do the tests of the anti-fire sirens… work that could be done on time between check-out and check-in (12 — 14) … we went away with Migraine. Another sore note, the €2.80 per person per night, City tourist tax, have been requested without notice on the day of the exit. It would be advisable to report it better on the site when booking this "detail". That said, however pleased with the many other facilities tried around the world, so recommended!

Great everything, very good location also, very well connected by bus.

A simple but good hotel on the edge of Turin. A star deducted because of a bad mattress. Reception promised to exchange the mattress.

Not bad as hotel, pity about the service. We asked for a double but they were no longer available and they gave us a double without joining the beds and putting double sheets and blankets, which a lot of other hotels do. In addition the room had the heating broken and being the last we were "accommodated" with 2 miserable fleece covers of which one was for children according to me because it was tiny and a drink offered at the bar. I will hardly return.

Staff at the front desk very professional and friendly. Great room and bathroom with big shower and everything clean. Excellent choice for breakfast with a great time to enjoy (from 06:30 to 10:00)

The room was very clean.
The price is very convenient. The staff all quite polite (apart from the one at the front desk where we checked in. I think it was called Antonio. Almost like we were bothering him. ).
Wi-Fi doesn't work.
The flaw is that it is at 40 minutes by bus from Turin and is not very connected.

Love this place, very clean, have their own underground parking, nice dinner till 24, for 8-13 euro for the dish, internet not bad, for simple things it's enough. Good place if you want to save money on the hotel!

I was not very statisfied. The hot water was not available on the first night, and the information about it was low. Rooms could be cleaner and the water goes down very hard in the tube. The bottles in the bar are dirty or heavil used?

Clean and comfortable, unfortunately free of any container, closet and drawers?! Good breakfast, to be used for short stays.

Solid Hotel deserves three stars. A bit of a good breakfast. A house technician would certainly not be bad to change e. G. Defective hair dryer. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Welcome at the hotel was great but once you walk in the room the problems started, sheets are stained with blood, broken Windows, beds poor and finally the food was of poor quality media.
For a school is good but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Services and prices perfect.

A welcoming hotel located in the outskirts. Used for business trip and chose for lack of alternatives. Good value for money.

Room and bathroom small, lack of electrical outlets, big breakfast, concierge desk staff average, far from the Centre but well connected by public transport.

It's the second time I bring people in this hotel and will definitely be the last. The first time 3 years ago it was a good experience, but sadly I can't say the same. Not everyone is friendly and then, finding problems depends on who's underneath if you give or not a solution. The people I have encountered problems unfortunately brought. Poor maintenance or poor controls have meant that there were any discarded furniture and lights that looked like candles. They didn't want to change the room saying it was impossible because they were full (in a visibly shaken), but after some now comes another desk and the change right away.

Clean and Nice rooms. At breakfast there is fresh fruit and cakes there are enthusiasts in quantity!
Parking could be a flaw but I've always found it by luck.
For reservations are kinda boring, I have called at least 4 times.

I only stayed for 2 nights, however, the hotel is new, very cute, nice and clean, good breakfast and great staff, would lack only the Fernandez in the rooms, but otherwise all ok. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
