Panoramic position silence and relaxation!

Congratulations for the professionalism and the whole environment cared for and a lot of attention towards the clientele.

My experience after checking in and settling in my bed… Hanna in the front desk was super helpful and handled and helped us with the issues that came when my luggage was lost from Lufthansa. The hotel has a really nice bar area which is private at the same time as it opens up for conversation. We got our rental skis late this afternoon and the hotel has super good lockers, which both secures and dries the boots and skis. Very recommended!

A good mountain topical hotel overlooking and located on the slopes. Great buffet colcion with a great choice of sweets, great waiter service.

Excellent SPA, 4 star out of 5 because there is no place enough where to change, and because the opening time is really negligible, it would be nice to be able to go in the spring.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It has a very comfortable and homely atmosphere. Very picturesque location and there are wonderful views from this hotel because it is located slightly away from the main village. Plus this also means you can ski to / from the front of the hotel. The hotel is c. 10-15min walk into the village and they run a free shuttle bus until 19:30 each day too. So on balance I think being slightly away the main village is a real positive. I hope to return…

Well positioned ski hotel on your feet, just cross a street in front, with heated ski room available. Very cared for in the furnishing, in vintage style, even if with decorations that recall perhaps too much the Christmas period. Warm and stabilised temperature in every area of the hotel. Spacious rooms, with carpeting, bathroom with jacuzzi.
Breakfast exceptional, good quality dinner, but probably not suitable compared to the price when you have children. Sestriere then makes everything else, a place for real skiers.

Beautiful hotel with professional staff and attentive to the needs of guests. Lovely location to enjoy the atmosphere that gives the mountain, away from the traffic and immersed in full nature. Great breakfast and quality dinners.

Spa is too expensive. Just a small swimming pool and some saunas.

Incredibile experience at the Spa. Friendly and professional staff. Extremely suggested for a relaxing evening post ski.

Classy hotel, very impressive and in a highly panoramic position.

Warm environment thanks to the wood interiors. Good rooms. To eliminate the stairs to mò of habitat with stuffed animals.

Due to the bad weather and the early closure of the slopes we spent a beautiful day in the spa. The staff was very clean. Slippers and towels included in the entrance fee (€30). The odds maybe a little high but it was worth it.
We also participated in the aperitif of the hotel: excellent wines but gaunt buffet for a really excessive price (ca €20 apiece).

Beautiful views from our room. Courteous and knowledgable reception staff. Attentive and friendly dining room staff. Dinner in traditional restaurant was delicious and varied. Giuseppe in the bar was wonderful. Glove and boot dryers in ski locker worked great. I would like to return in summer to compare to this winter visit.

Beautiful structure located in a strategic location near the slopes that allows you to get on skis to the hotel or always available a shuttle. Nice and friendly staff High level restaurant for both quality and variety. The only drawback of the stay was the SPA, which although particularly beautiful with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish and Mediterranean bath and massages, is managed by another organization and open to the public and so sometimes there are many people and do not breathe the same Relaxing air of the rest of the property.

Fabulous SPA and staff really professional, nice and friendly. We took advantage of the relaxation course and it was to our liking. At the next a stay will be considered since the property is beautiful and in great location (I had confirmation and it is F)

Quiet, peaceful, with a claim to glamour, but… The room was very fault and the breakfast was very poor.

A very expensive hotel, but you get what you pay for, they cater for everything, loved the massage therapy the most would go again if I won the lottery.

(***REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE STAFF NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN***) Firstly we and got told that our room wasn’t ready till later, so we waited around and finally collected our keys, went to the room and found that they had given us a wrong room, it was a really small room with 2 double beds and one bathroom (there are 4 of us, me and my boyfriend, my mother and my little sister) We originally booked a family room for 4 person (2 separate bedrooms 2 bathrooms) … SO we went back to the reception to explain the matter, so they gave us another room key. We then went to see how that room is (there are to separate bedrooms, but one bedroom has a single bed and the other room 2 single beds. 1 bathroom) – Which cannot sleep 4! So we then went back to the reception to complain, and at this point everyone was a bit annoyed. So the receptionist (who does not speak very good English) said she can add another bed in our room – this isn’t the point, as we didn’t book that room, the room we ORIGINALLY booked for has 2 bathroom 2 bedrooms. The receptionist at first said that we could only have that room as the other rooms that have 2 bathrooms are occupied. THIS ISNT OUR PROBLEM, its THEIR FAULT that they haven’t organized it properly and given us what we paid for. So I insisted to get the 2beds 2toilets. So at the end they offered to give us separate rooms for the night one for me and my boyfriend, the other for my mother and sister.

Best hotel I ever stayed at, can't believe the bargin we got choosing Roseo. Everything about this hotel I amazing, maybe with the exception of location, it is quite a walk to downtown sestriere, but the shuttle service is excellent as well so it is not an issue. Also note, that unless you are looking to party, there is really no need to go downtown. If I could add more stars I would. Thank you Roseo!. I really hope this comment Will improve business, as you deserve it immensely. Can't wait to come back. Ciao!
