Horrible place!
Booked 4 month in advance.
Edelweiss cancel the booking one week before — with no reason.
So standing with flight tickets, skipass and rental car — with nothing to live in.
I have never tried anything like that and if I could give 0 stars to these cheaters I would.
Crazy and terrible situation.

A lot of things were broken. Some of the beds, almost all the chairs, tha toilet and so on. Our room, for ten people, is as big as a six-room.

Cozy, rustic and comfortable. Ideal for the family or for a group of friends who spend a weekend in the snow.

DETTE HOTEL ER DET VÆRESTE EVER! Den fortjener Ikke en eneste stjerne. My Friends and I just visited this hotel and it couldn't be worse. The staff was not acceptable and pleasent. They took our despositum for only moving our chair in our room and laughing Around 9pm. We tried to be quite, but onfortunaly that wasn't enough for them. They totally ruined our Experience about having a pleasent time here I sestiere. We visited Chalet Edelweiss with our school and were 100 high school students staying for a week. Obviously we were more noisy than if a family with children stayed, but we were asked to take off our shoes when entering the reception because our walking made to much noise and apparently disturbed the other guests although we were the only ones at the hotel. The staff behavior was disrespectful and not helpful at all. As a result of our "bad behavior" they decided to charge parts of our deposit (25€), but we weren't given back the correct change and the staff wouldn't discuss the fact that they took 5 € more than what we were informed. Worst stay ever.

I didn't stay here, but the management almost ruined the holiday to me at my group of friends.
Booked through Expedia two months before your stay with prepay. But two weeks before the stay the facility decided to change the cards on the table saying that the apartment was no longer available for the booked dates. Also they are not made available for anything to solve the situation! Thank goodness there is Expedia customer support!

Really low value for money. In the reservation (via booking) was indicated apartment with balcony but on our arrival we were told that the only apartment available was the semi-basement on the main road. The Wi-Fi did not work for our entire stay (4 nights) and at the reception we were told that it was not their fault but the line/Telecom, and that then the facility did not take responsibility. The kitchen was not provided the minimum needed, and those few things present were in a bad state. The sofa bed in the room was also really poor. If we had paid €100 a night in the new Year period our expectations would have clearly been lower, but for €250 a night we really expected much, much more. Sconsigliatissimo.

Elena is a very friendly host, that make one feel very welcome. The appartment was clean and has a nice view, however you need to cross town from north to south to get to the slopes were the lifts start. Also, the kitchen is badly equiped, without wine glasses, no can opener, no toaster, no egg holder and only one set of cutlery. A starter set on dish washer tabs, salt, sugar e. G. Would have been nice. And matrasses of the coach in the living room were continuousely sliding apart — not so comfortable : — (

Very nice and close to the slopes, very polite staff, grade 9.

Perfect for a holiday in the mountains! Staff is really nice and gentle, they speak many languages! Reasonable privces!
