In summer ideal place to be quiet. Very large rooms and very helpful staff. Beautiful view of the Monginevro Pass.

Super experience absolutely. Very nice staff especially Rodica the manager ☺ very welcoming.
Super room with Chaberton view we will definitely be back.

The property dates back to the 2006 Olympics, the food is not much, nor the structure, but the room is very large, we are in 3 in a room of 8, with a beautiful balcony that from the mountain; the TV is modern although not excellent, overall enough, but I wouldn't go on holiday.

Poor food and ditto cleaning
The only value of the hotel is the chance to be near the ski slopes.

The modern and not really mountain structure is good for school trips. Don't expect anything more.

Bad Hotel, I would not recommend it to anyone. First of all the hotel is cold, the rooms do not heat up, the hot water does not come out, the room is small, not very bright and ruined, service does not exist. The only value is the view and the location.

My nans funeral was better than this shite. Pasta every day. No locks on doors so then all the pervs can go snoopin while ur asleep. Shower door fell off and hit me on the head. Would not recommend it to future stayers.

Great value for money. Staff are very friendly. Great hospitality and atmosphere!

In the ceiling are traceable excrements various, hardly identifiable, the shower was broken, the bed also. Breakfast miserable, just brioche and stuffed. Sell products to the market and do not make the receipt bad.

The rooms are in pretty bad condition (mezzanine beds at the limit of collapsing, holes in the walls, damaged switches etc. ) The staff are welcoming, but few can speak English or French (I know very little Italian). The buffets are correct and varied, although it is also not of the high quality. In general it is especially the state of the room that attributes these 3 stars.

The Hotel is clean and the rooms spacious. You eat quite well and the breakfast is plentiful, and it is cheap. The water in the shower is hot. BUT my room was cold (the heaters are under sized) and one evening (that the outside temperature was — 8) I returned and found the window open, presumably left so by the cleaning lady. The Cafeteria is a little chilly. It Is a very noisy hotel, due also to how it was built (my room overlooked the common atrium) but one evening at 11 am, the management put disco music at full volume, so much so that it seemed to have the disco in the room. Recommended for those who want to mess.

Horrible Experience, crumbling rooms, very cold, dark and clean, there is no TV.
Disgusting Food, in 5 days you could not eat decently once, not to mention the New Year's Eve dinner, really horrid.
Staff not attentive to the needs of the customers.
I strongly advise Against it.

Environment a little chilly but thanks to the one day for fitness. Sn three Beautiful Days.

Positive Point: The setting, the room with a lot of bed and huge, the price.
Negative: The reception very cold, the breakfast included does not have much choice.

1) Most of the staff does not speak Italian and we can not understand.
2) The doors are all ruined and the bathroom door does not close either
3) It seems to stay in the hospital especially for the food which is almost all inedible and is not suitable for kids who come on outing with school
4) Staff is not available to help customers
5) beds are dangerous because the splints break easily
6) The staff uses our bathrooms and sometimes does not clean the rooms
7) * I gave 1 ☆ because there was no less.

Horrible experience. I'm Prenottando here and after 3 days I wanted to write a review:
1) The food is imaginable the mashed looks like glue in the dough to the angry there is the parsley
2) The rooms are large but in almost all lack television with broken toilets
3) There is a fridge near the reception with drinks if you want a can of Coke from 330 ml to 2, €50 a price that if I went on the highway with 2, 50 you get a bottle from half a liter of Coca Cola
In my overnight stay I witnessed a brawl between two people with knife, offenses and punches. There are also 2 elevators of which one is broken.
There is also a "gym" with only 5 machines of which only 2 working.
Seeing the other hotels from outside all characteristic and almost wood facts you think that this was also so but it actually looks much more like a hospital or a madhouse. The only good thing is the view of the terraces which is not always present in all rooms

Good food and plenty. The rooms year little space for the vstis and not rented the skis in the hotel are very ruined even the most good.

The place looks like a hospital. The food is awful. In most rooms there is no TV. It's dirty the only positive side is that some rooms have a terrace with a nice view but others are surrounded by walls.
