The rooms are fairly small and a tad out dated in terms of style, though its not a massive hindrance. Although the view can be amazing not all rooms get a good view but if you have a view of the mountains it's great. The beds are uncomfortable and some of the hair dryers don't work very well. The biggest complaint I have is the food. Most likely you'll be skiing and you'll need alot of food for energy. Sadly there are very few options and often you'll be stuck with food you don't like. Would not recommend as there are better alternatives.
Feb 2018 Some people on here say the food isn't very good… I think (if that was correct) that the hotel has improved massively! The staff are fantastic too.
