But the non-availability to follow a simple request of the customer, especially in the day of their wedding, and the way in which it was handled I don't like it
I don't think there is anything wrong with wanting to keep a window open when you are in an environment nn very large, full of people, very hot…
it was very hot… closed the window in a way that is also quite arrogant and A KEY, we continued to have warm despite the air conditioning… food good but portions small, served a bit too quickly (according to me)

I was at this property for a dinner, but I had ways of admiring the finely restored elegant building that houses the rooms and the magnificent park surrounding it. All very nice and cared for. The annexe that houses the restaurant is instead made in a modern way, with a large glass cabin in the entrance hosting the bottles of the cellar and, immediately on the left, a large living room furnished in style, with vivid colors and lively paintings on the walls.
The menu is à la carte, with proposals of the territory and not only. All the dishes tasted we were very satisfied and the bill turned out to be more than correct. Great experience!

Relaxing place. Really good value for money. Whe. You visit you should ask for a room on first floor, as it can get quiet noisy with guests going and coming. Highly recommended. The only issue was the tiny shower that was not convenient to use, but the location and environment compensate for that.

Very nice hotel with a swimming pool open from May to September and also a restaurant. That's why I was expecting a little more of the breakfast which was okay.

The Restaurant is nice very cozy, The prices for what you eat are just right.

Excellent quality price, nice dishes, good wine list, fantastic wine cellar with wines visible to guests and everyone kept at the ideal temperature, romantic and cozy place, to try absolutely to spend a quiet evening.

I was at the Relais 23 at the restaurant for Christmas lunch. Excellent Local: Well cared for, excellent cuisine and level service. Fair Price in relation to what is offered. Recommended.

Stayed at this property unfortunately in a period not allowed (end of November) to enjoy in full of the beautiful location. Finely finished new Rooms, with large TV and Wi-Fi in the room. Dining Room cured, but where I consumed the only breakfast was satisfactory thanks to the wide choice present.

Location immersed in the green, ideal for those seeking relaxation even if with some reserve.

Service and food were excellent. Some menu choices (and wines) were not available. Remarkably (for Castelnuovo Belbo) the staff spoke (some) English. Reservations necessary, quite pricey. (Hilarious English menu)
