Good reception. Maybe the structure where I have eaten better, in a familiar and comfortable environment. Very clean hotel, competent staff, experience decidedly above expectations.

Exceptional availability of the owners and all the staff in meeting every need of the customer. Cozy rooms. Very pleasant relax area with Jacuzzi and sauna area. Well-tended typical foods, Piedmontese personalized wines.

Excellent food, almost everything homemade, great rooms, great kindness and caring both of the owner and staff. I'll be back.

We stayed at the hotel Acqui only one night to celebrate my wife's birthday couldn't choose better… All perfect hotel spotless very good professional friendly staff we highly recommend it.

I stayed with my boyfriend for one night with a smartbox. On arrival the hotel staff welcomed us by showing us the parking space with a lot of kindness and kindness and courtesy while checking in we were asked if we would like a coffee. We were given very detailed information about the services of the facility and the neighboring restaurants then we were escorted to our room and we were shown the path of the SPA. The next morning the courtesy of the staff is also confirmed during breakfast… rich Buffet… and in addition you could ask for freshly prepared dishes made directly from the kitchen. The toast brought on time with high quality ham meant that I complimented the girl who was present in the room. The jams are made directly by them as well as all the homemade and exquisite cakes. Several times we were asked if we would like to drink something else warm from the bar in addition to the drinks in the very well-stocked buffet. The next time we return I will taste their stuffed crepes! The room was spacious and also the bathroom very large. All clean and comfortable bed. The SPA has a fantastic jacuzzi that overlooks a small terrace with solarium. The only thing I would suggest is adding a corner with herbal teas in the relaxation area. Having said all this, my judgement is very positive, especially for the professionalism and kindness of the staff from which I was immediately hit just crossed the threshold of entry. Recommended!

Nice rooms. Larger than other hotels in Europe. Staff went above and beyond expectations. Nice breakfast — both buffet and cook to order included with room price.

Nice property that remains a little tucked away behind the main street towards piazza Italy but is still close to the Center.
The staff is very courteous, helpful beyond belief and always knows how to put you at ease, always ready to solve every little need.
The room size is okay and has a nice furniture in solid wood which gives a nice feeling of warmth and sophistication.
The bathroom might be a little small but modern and very clean.
Strength is a continental buffet where only a few dishes are packed or industrial favouring freshly prepared or homemade ' home '; I highly recommend the scrambled eggs and Bacon and their cakes.
Really a nice hotel.
The sound proofing is not the best and feels slightly the train behind; the room temperature was high and unfortunately we didn't find where to turn on the air conditioning (but hadn't asked where to find it).

Unforgettable weekend, three star hotel but more sublime cuisine, impeccable staff. Thanks again to all the staff. We will return for sure!
