Hotel — The hotel looks very upscale. The staff is uniformly dressed, which makes a very neat impression. The reception area is large and has a screen with weather display. :-)
Rooms — The room was very rustic. For me a little too much dark wood.
The sleeping area separated by a half-wall is to be emphasized.
The bathroom is spacious and rustic-modern and has a hairdryer.
The trigger (which is automatically activated by the switched on light) is a little too loud.
The staff is very friendly.
The service is very good. We were offered a garage so that our motorcycle didn't have to stand in the rain.
Breakfast — standard 3-star breakfast.
However, it does not fit the hotel's ambience at all.
Here I expected something better (first right at the price of 150 Euro/night).
The breakfast buffet was very "clear".
Toast, bread and "old" baked, hard buns, whose "inner life" was almost there. Probably been in the oven for too long.
A variety of cheese and a type of sausage, as well as some packets of jam and Nutella. Salt and pepper were not on the tables. However, there was a salt and a pepper shaker at the buffet. :-)
Should I run to the buffet for every bite on the egg?
But the egg could have been saved. Probably cooked for far too long (for safety reasons a 20-minute egg? ). The egg yolk was so dry and brittle that I couldn't eat it to the end.
The coffee! It was the worst coffee I've ever had in a hotel. The coffee was in a large container, which was probably kept warm for hours. Do you know this: Forget coffee on the plate of the coffee machine for 2 hours and then drink. : — (
That is not possible!
Unfortunately, breakfast was included in the price and could not be separated. We had to pay for it, even if we didn't want to have breakfast. So we "have breakfast", unfortunately without any enjoyment.
