An immense thanks to Tota Virginia for having welcomed and hosted us impeccably on the most beautiful day of our lives: certainly to the high professionalism of the entire staff, to Riccardo and Cinzia for not having made a mistake in anything and having given their best, to the waiters always available and ready to satisfy our request and that of our guests.
I want to make a big thank you also to all those who are never seen and that is to ALL the kitchen, to the chefs and to all the people who worked for us, I do not even know how to list them but thank you, thank you, thank you very much for the high quality of the food, for the refinement of your dishes and for the indisputable goodness: Exceptional!

Il posto è molto bello sia l'albergo che il paesaggio circostante. Siamo stati invitati a un matrimonio e è e stata una bellissima esperienza. Personale competente e molto disponibile. I vigneti circostanti si prestano a cornice meravigliosa. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, tutto veramente squisito e delicato. Lo consiglio vivamente. Nel complesso una bellissima esperienza.

Probably the most impressive wine list in the whole area. Here you can find Barolo from any wine-maker and from every vintage. Not to mention an unbelievably beautiful view. Very highly recommended place.

Terrace on the hills of the vineyards of Serralunga, local with ample parking, large living room furnished finely with tables tablecloths and cutlery of quality upholstered and comfortable chairs, fresh flowers on the tables.

You can dine outdoors on the terrace overlooking the garden Hills, or internally where from the large windows you can also see the panorama. Staff in uniform, polite and prepared.
Price paid for 4 people 200 euros, 6 courses between starters someone the first and desserts. Not an expensive bottle of wine.
Dishes very cared in appearance in the presentation, and as good practices but with minute quantities.
So excellent appearance, little quantity, harmony of the tastes can be improved because of the high cut of catering.

Wedding dinner. Personally I had a great time, great food from the aperitif. Perfect dinner with special dishes and fair portions, tended to pass even a second time. Excellent wines. Service at the tables impeccable and always ready.

Culinary excellence and art and passion for every dish are undoubtedly the features that most stand out in this classy restaurant. All accompanied by a wonderful panorama of the Langhe and a friendly and familiar atmosphere given by the courtesy of the owner and his professional collaborators.
Four years ago my wife and I crowned our love with an elegant bridal lunch and although the distance from where we currently reside is remarkable, we return to this amazing place at every opportunity!

The place is in a great location. Some of the best dishes I've ever eaten (e. G. Raw meat) while other dishes (e. G. The Plin raviolins) are definitely to be improved.
Overall we eat well, but for the pretensions the local should be all perfect, the slips, especially on local products, is not permissible.
Make yourself a table with a view.

Good morning unfortunately all my expectations to spend a wonderful evening end of year was disappointed by the dinner served very slowly with cold dishes and not up to the renowned local. At the time of booking I had advised to be vegetarian but the menu was very ' poor ' and not adjusted to the cost. But the same thing goes for my friends non-vegetarian diners.

Excellent food, but not classic or typical Italian. Truffles can be had in season and some years a all white truffle dinner is offered at very reasonable price. Not this year since the truffles are scarce, expensive and not very aromatic Service is good, people try very hard, but English is a problem, service can be slow if the dining room fills a bit more than the usual 3 tables. Rooms are nice but not extravagant, lighting is dull, floor is tiled and walls are thin. Breakfast is meager, with surprisingly bad coffee.

I was a guest for a wedding dinner x n approximately 150 invited (with all the pros and cons of these occasions), but I can certainly lamnetarmi the precision and quality of service.

The hotel is beautifully situated on a hill near Serralunga. The prospect is picturesque. The food was satisfaction as also the very large selection of wines from the region. The rooms are clean and Nice. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned but during the two-day stay. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Will stay again in this hotel.

Nice hotel, great location, nice view etc etc. But the thing I will never forget about this place was a plate of pasta. Midway through a very very good meal came a plate of humble ravioli. Nothing fancy, simple pasta parcels in oil, I can't even remember what was in it. All I do remember was that it was actually. Perfect. It was a moment of revelation. Perfect pasta, after all these years. I had eaten pasta a trillion times before and have eaten it a million times since, but only once has it ever been actually, plainly, simply perfect. And it was here.
