I had such an amazing tea time at the palazzo, customer service was great, building is amazing, old but very well maintained, every detail, every antique is a master piece, I can’t wait to go back and stay x a wkd, love it.

A delightful hotel in every way. The service of the hotel at the highest level, a beautiful and designer hotel, is suitable for a relaxing and romantic holiday by the lake. I always like going there, it's been my third time and I still enjoy it, Great location with a very beautiful view, the rooms are very clean and lovely but the best is the breakfast in my opinion One of the best I have ever taken with a lot of local products I am looking forward to my next stay.

The Villa in it is wonderful and just well maintained; you understand that the property is of wise and attentive hoteliers. The management of the pool entrance and SPA for non-residents in my opinion is to be reviewed. Welcomed by an intern who evidently did not have the opportunity to know in the slightest the spaces that guests can access, the changing rooms are uncomfortable and unusable. The lunch service in the breathtaking terrace view-Island-Bella, followed by a willing young waiter (battered by the top of the place that did not hide the general displeasure even under the ocxhi of the customers) was satisfying even thanks to the kitchen.

Best hotel at lago maggiore — super friendly staff nice food and atmosphere.

My husband, me and our little dog stayed here a few months ago. A beautiful hotel, very elegant and extremely luxurious, cared for and clean, up to the category and the price is in line with the standard offered. Our suite is very spacious, furnished and finished in a very special way. All the hotel staff are very friendly and always smiling, ready to meet our every need with courtesy and punctuality. The 5 stars of this review are for this, and for the restaurant I mori, with traditional Italian cuisine and the room waiters very kind and welcoming.
Unfortunately, a very negative note is to be placed on the other restaurant, The islands, the theoretically gourmet one that is part of the structure, the dinner did not live up to expectations, let alone the price and quality of the dishes anything but good. Also there was a moment of great tension between the kitchen and the room that was manifested in front of everyone and not managed in private, which in my opinion would be necessary not to show and not spoil the atmosphere to those present. Other than that, however, we were divinely and very satisfied.

Fab hotel. Traditional Italian hotel, with the best views of the islands. Take the hotel water taxis and visit all 3 islands. A great 3/4 day out. Restaurant superb. Many fine touches, free minibar, water etc.

Wow, wow, wow! Having hired a car from Milan airport the drive alone to this hotel, which overlooks Lake Maggiore, is quite something!
Beautiful scenery, perfect weather and then you come across Hotel Villa e Palazzo Aminta.
It’s described as a ‘small and elegant jewel’ and you can absolutely agree on all levels and see why when you stay here. A grand hotel when walking through the main level steeped in history around every corner. Outdoor restaurant areas with breathtaking …views of the Lake including a very well laid out outdoor swimming pool to go with. Even the corridors that weave around as you make your way back to your room continue the theme throughout the hotel. The rooms are very generous in size, very well appointed and the bathroom area is huge! Car parking in two separate areas for guests, which allows easy access if you wanted to drive down to the main area of Stase during any time of the day. The staff are incredibly welcoming upon arrival. Throughout the stay they were easy to engage with, very helpful and polite the entire way through. One thing we did enjoy is the personalised approach of what looks to be one of the main owners perhaps? Every breakfast he would walk to each table and make sure everything was ok including our overall time at the hotel. That’s a great touch! Overall a superb stay. I guess tourists generally go to Lake Como?

The furnishing of the villa might seem a bit cheesy to the one, but it is only very consistent in the end and when you get into it: Very nice!
But the best thing is the service: Here every guest is treated like a king — you can already see that at the reception.
The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, and in the evening you can also dine excellently in the two restaurants. The prices for this are high, but reasonable.
Highly recommended is a lake-view room; Then it's hard to leave the balcony.
In any case, we will be happy to spend a few days in this excellent hotel again.

A truly amazing experience from the moment we arrived.
The hotel is stunningly well kept & furnished to a very high standard.
The staff? They go more than the extra mile to make sure you are well looked after.
We were caught in a storm the other night so rang the hotel for a taxi. Staff came out in their luxurious Merc to pick us up & two more members were there to greet us with umbrellas.
It certainly has the WOW factor to back up the spectacular views across the late.

We celebrated a special occasion at Le Isole restaurant by the terrace. Beautiful ambience and unique menu. The service was excellent and the hotel owner was supervising everything himself, a very professional gentleman.

Perfect location and perfect service. Rooms are small but beautiful.

Very beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. The staff is super friendly, but the rooms are a bit small, and the spa is showing some age. It's a 20 minute walk to the city of stress, the hotel also offers a car service. The concierge can help book restaurants and even booked a private boat for us.

Ambience and view are very nice, the rooms on the other hand tiny, the food extremely overpriced and simply not according to the hotel category — no 10 dishes and then only spaghetti with chic (25€), Wiener Schnitzel (32€), tomato soup (14€) and dessert ball of ice cream for 16€. Sorry, I'd rather pay twice before I eat 0815 food at the prices. Only the parking lot in front of the door is worth mentioning. For 400€/night the price/performance ratio is not right at all.

The best possible views of the Borromeo Islands. The place is elegant and refined. Perfetlct for a romantic dinner, an exclusive event and as base for excursions to the surrounding alps and lakes.

We have just arrived home from our stay at villa Aminta, what an experience, it is a wonderful place, the staff are so friendly and can, t do enough for you. The food is excellent, with a wide variety on the menu. I would strongly recommend this Hotel.
