We stayed here for the first night of the wedding and although we had not celebrated here the Reception tried in every way to meet my needs. Great restaurant service, quality food and the waitress very good, helpful, nice and very very kind. The Spa service is fabulous, Miss Federica simply fantastic. Very easygoing, condescending, fabulous. We had a great time. We hope to return soon.

I have a voucher/voucher for the spa that I could not use because the center, cause covid has been closed and is still closed. I therefore asked for an extension of validity that they gave me but I have to pay €18!
It has never been seen that you have to pay a surcharge to have an extension (since the voucher is unusable for closing).
a tip for everyone: never give a voucher at this property, otherwise to use it they ask you for more money!

All great, great room and well cared for, great staff and very quiet and relaxing spa. The restaurant serves great dishes and is very convenient for those who don't want to go out to eat.

I was in this place to make a gift card to the newlyweds, I noticed that at the reception of the spa there is no privacy! There is no distance between one customer and the other.

The route is very relaxing and the environment well looked after. I recommend the herbal tea and a stop in the hay room after saunas and hot tubs… I'm the icing on the cake. Staff. Recommended.

Invited to a wedding, the location and very nice and the staff is good, I can not express myself on the prices, but the structure is complete with rooms for the overnight and a nice garden at the entrance and a reserved parking! I had heard about a pool… But I haven't seen them!

Comfortable room and cleaning at maximum, breakfast rich with cakes and jams prepared by hand. The SPA is beautiful even if it is to be improved, since the whirlpool system inside the pool is not much, it has few points of emanation of the hydromassage; Then there is only one sauna and besides it is small so when people have to queue. In any case positive experience although perhaps the price for a night in the hotel with breakfast is a little high, being careful there are other similar places that in the low season make much more appealing offers.

Really recommended everything very nice, staff very kind. On Fridays They organize romantic Dinner council to try. The food is really very good and the waiters also come back for the encore the spa is gorgeous.
For when it comes to the very large parking lot. Very clean rooms is so much organization in everything. Morning breakfast abundant many kinds of cakes and jams made by them. The maximum comfort. To try and get back.

I was a nice spa afternoon clean and relaxing a bit crowded but… patience.

The building is well maintained but needs a better managing. Food is better than hosting. The wellness area has a really nice setting. Usually they keep the temperature of sauna and water on the warm luke side than hot.

Located just outside Scafa, elegant and with a friendly and helpful. Large, clean rooms, provided with all comforts. I tried the Spa, with the cave of lovers and a relaxing massage for two. The restaurant "le segrete" open for dinner only, characteristic and with an excellent choice of local produce and delicious grilled meat. The hotel breakfast is plentiful and well supplied and also the seafood lunch at the hotel was great. The price is proportional to the service provided, certainly not cheap but I think suitable for the food quality and location.
