Great stay at the hotel. Ahmed very patient as he helped with recommendations and navigation guidance for the city. Sonia in the restaurant extremely helpful for monza trip including ride for my wife to get to her right location. Noemi made sure she had phone charger as one got lost. Nicoleta and Roberto gave local advice and safe things to do. Overall could not be happier with hotel and the staff!
Since our engagement dinner in 2005, held at the Cosmo Hotel Restaurant private room, we have stayed the the hotel many many times. We booked again for three weeks this summer whilst visiting family in Milan. The hotel has always provided consistently good rooms, great service and food. The family room with balcony is spacious, has a fridge, television, bathroom with bath and shower, hairdryer, iron (on request) and lovely comfortable bed. The benefit for us is the hotel has secure overground and underground parking free of charge and is less than 1 minute from the tangenziale road network and 5 minutes to the Turin / Venice autostrade. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

I stayed at Cosmo for 2 weeks as a business traveller and I loved it there.
The hotel's location is quite convenient, with a shopping mall and several restaurants right next to it.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and most of the speak English — this was important for me as an English-speaking African with zero knowledge of Italian.
The rooms are cozy and comfortable, though they do turn off the aircons at some point during the night, which made me wake up a few times at night because I wasn't used to the weather — I visited in winter.
I found it a bit odd that drinking water in the room was only provided on the first day; I also found the absence of a kettle and coffee/tea in the room a bit odd. This is something I'd say is pretty much standard across the globe. There's a shopping mall nearby and they allow you to keep whatever you want in the fridge, so it's easy to solve the water issue.
Speaking of water, hot water in the shower was constantly available; I really appreciated this considering the weather at the time.
The meals are great, though I would have loved to see more variety at breakfast — during an extended stay, meals can sometimes get monotonous, so variety helps. I like that they tried keeping the food options a bit "global" for lack of a better word; this really helps when catering to foreigners who may not be accustomed to the local cuisine.
The nights are quiet here; other than the aforementioned aircon issue, I slept well.
