I cannot recommend this place. In our opinion staff were unhelpful and through numerous attempts at communicating about issues we felt our concerns were not addressed adequately. The bathroom is shared with other rooms and those guests often left it dirty. We had no issue sharing a bathroom but felt it should have been cleaned more frequently given the number of guests using it. The big issue we had was the hot water was off multiple times while we stayed there. The last day they turned the water off entirely without notice. We couldn't shower or brush our teeth before going out to work at the Olympics, very embarrassing for us to not smell good at a work shift. We also found it difficult to access transport especially when rainy. We had to leave five days early due to the water situation being unacceptable to us at our own financial loss. I'll give them credit, the bed was comfy.
