Basic room friendly staff fridge for snacks and drinks and decent restaurant downstairs. Breakfast very basic though…

Comfortable room 10 minutes from Malpensa. The staff were friendly and friendly. Also available shuttle at every hour for guests.

Place run in a family, welcoming, good business lunches and pizza. Great value for money. Significantly improved in the last year.

Well kept restaurant, working lunch with great dishes maybe a little bit in quantity, very expensive.

Excellent hotel in full cent with possibility to reach airport with the shuttle that the hotel makes available. Excellent restaurant cuisine with the possibility of eating pizza.

We arrived here in the middle of the night, and thank God we were greeted and immediately accommodated in the last remaining room.
Very friendly and hospitable staff, clean and very nice rooms; I only put two stars because that night I couldn't rest from the cold in the room.
The account was also quite salty, so it is quite unacceptable that the temperature of the thermostat could not be changed independently, there was a remote control but did not send any input.

I ate on lunch break, the staff is always very polite and helpful. I recommend it.

Great Restaurant also the set menu is also great as price, many choices of dishes.
The staff are very nice… and then in the morning the breakfast starts at 4… spectacular!
The only drawback is the little parking.

Family Place and staff very nice clean rooms although a little cold as temperature, optimal restaurant the best Arros to the Milanese with Bear Buco who and eaten, I come very often for 20 years and remain a loyal customer.

Cold in the room, 16 max 18 degrees Celsius, even when complaint about it, nothing was done, I requested something like electrical heater, or extra blanket, but NO. For a Family with 2 children like us something like that is unacceptable! One star for free shuttle bus from the airport, but if I knew in advance I would have never went there. Ants were "like home " in the bathroom. For a 3 star hotel, lack of fridge in the room makes it more a cheap motel. Not recommended.

Lovely Hotel 10 mins walk to the City center and 3 mins from the train station. Staff are friendly and polite. The room was very comfortable and has complimentary toiletries including tooth brushes. It's about 10-15 minutes drive from the airport and the hotel Provides a free airport shuttle. All in all a very nice experience.

The restaurant is traditional in decor and style. When we were dining two TV sets were on showing the evening news. The food is delicious Italian classics beautifully executed.

Reasonable accommodation. My room had air conditioning which was nice and it looks like it had been recently updated. However, my room was directly over the restaurant. Which meant it was fairly loud in my room until 11pm. The shower had a few issues: water sprayed everywhere on one setting and would randomly become scalding hot. This hotel is near and airport which means there is a fair amount of plane noise. With that said, the staff were friendly, the room was otherwise okay, price was acceptable, the shuttle service was nice and the breakfast was good.

Hotel is 3 stars. The usual problems with Wi-Fi… No connection, but it got solved. Free shuttle to the airport in Malpensa — excellent! The restaurant was an other experience. Full of locals, which normally means that is a good place. Lots of noise and friends and families meeting. Just like Italy. My choice of menu wasn't the best (for me), but again: the place was full of locals, so the good must be good! Pizzas looked delicious. Great tagliatelle shrimps and bianchetti (white bait)

Dinner with a friend. Lovely authentic home cooked food at very reasonable price. A very friendly local feel.

Very disappointed. My room was given to someone else before I checked in. I was moved to a room that cost half that price, I had no choice but to accept.

Medium class hotel, rooms a little small, clean bathrooms.
Pros: excellent location if you need to catch an early morning flight from Malpensa Shuttle service from the airport every 30 min, x
Against: continuous traffic of people going and coming for much of the night, room too warm upon my arrival (must have been 30 degrees). I stayed there on February 14 but I left the window open x one hour before bedtime.

I can understand why some Italian reviews say the restaurant is expensive. It is so considering how far of the way it is. In smaller towns like this folks are used to paying less. As for the food it is OK and the deserts are great. We think we got the short end of the stick in the hotel room. We reserved one and got to stay in the 'residence'. That's an apartment building far from the real thing with no services whatsoever! I thought of giving it a 2 but the room is not so bad.

Three of us dined here last night, and the atmosphere was buzzing — and that was for a Tuesday night! Food and wine was nice, and all came to 100 euros — not bad.

Restaurant overpriced for what they offer.
