I have been attending the Scaiola restaurant for years and I have always enjoyed it.
The first courses are prepared with quality ingredients, fresh pasta and traditional local specialities.
Seconds and grilled meat not to be missed.

Lunch in outer space with a pleasant breeze on a sunny Sunday at the end of May. Excellent homemade noodles with ragù, delicious robiola ravioli with black truffle. A real surprise the grilled sturgeon.

Well-groomed and refined cuisine, excellent dishes even simple. The staff was very helpful In the area is an institution. Only reproach I can afford to make is that at a distance of one year I found very little spare in the menu, although it was not a problem to choose between the dishes.

Excellent restaurant and reception of the owners, a family of restaurateurs of long date. As a hotel it offers simple but comfortable rooms, the location of the structure is convenient to reach both Brescia and the areas of the lake.

Really a good lunch, excellent beef carpaccio with grain and abundant truffle, classic Casoncelli alla Bresciani, my wife started with a plate of Culatello and continued with half moons stuffed with robiola and seasoned with melted butter and abundant truffle, a pleasure.

As always nice place good cuisine and very nice staff I would recommend it to everyone.

Very good family-run resiturant. The specialties such as donkeys or horses are highly recommended. Is not cheap, but is certainly worth it. As almost always recommended in Italy, red wine of the house is recommended. My tip. Stay here with half board or full board and indulge in culinary pampering. But to do this, you have to buy that the rooms have had the best years. It's clean but very spartan. The walls are unfortunately very thin. But durable.
