Nice place to stay. Near all kinds of restaurants and shopping.

5 stars for the staff. Helpfull very helpfull and always nice and smiling. 2 star for the state of the rooms. There are a little run down. I had a king bedrooms that was actually 2 single bed together and I know its not uncommon in Europe but this one sucked. It was always pulling apart and I would end up in the middle crack. Breakfast was good not to much warm items on the menu. I think you could order custom items but it was not very well explained. Anyways all in all I don't think I would go again unless I had too.

Very clean and cozy. The only flaw was a bit of noise early in the morning. The breakfast however was fabulous, beautiful and yummy fruit cut into pieces to compose a Macedonia and fabulous brioches!

Pros: -Good Customer Service and very accommodating staff. -Good location in Monza town centre -Small underground Car park but the hotel managed to shuffle cars to maximise the small space at a cost of €10 per night Cons: -Hotel management didn’t pay attention to the bathroom.

I often come to this hotel for the upgrade courses held by a company that for years uses this convenient location and close to the station. Very nice hotel with a very nice service.

Well-connected Hotel with bus to Malpensa airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. They speak Eapañol (at least the girl who attended US). Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast very varied, with fresh fruit peeled and cut to pieces.

The Hotel was very nice and the location was very good. Excellent staff, always willing to help. Large room and very well equipped. Very full breakfast with good coffee (not automatic machine). Recommended 100%

Decent hotel rooms a little noisy.

Fantastic location just off the main square and the rail station. Nice and quiet. I never heard the trains which run all day and well into the evening. A 20 minute train ride into Milan. Wonderful staff and delicious breakfast including fresh squeezed juice.

I loved it so much I'd rather keep it to myself! Still, fair is fair.
Staff, so helpful and kind. Rooms small but clean and well maintained. Breakfast yummy. Central, a hop skip and jump from Monzas central area, beautiful shops and ristorante on one side, and the station on the other.

Hotel is ok, location is quite good as it's in the center. My room was a single room, bed size ok, bathroom ok, toilet located in bathroom can't seriously be used for persons above 1, 95m as legs won't fit to in front of toilet located sink. One window with view on railway — noise included. Over all a good stay for one or two nights, personell very friendly, breakfest quite good. Best days of hotel might be gone, but still ok.

Very neat and serene environment with friendly attendants. Closest to the train station and in close proximity with a lot of nice shops, restaurants, parks and historical sites. I just love Monza and Royal Falcone. Nearly forgot … good breakfast too.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff is amazing and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with Davide, Frederica and Roberto. They made it feel like home. We will definitely be back!

Wel I stayed here after a long gap no other hotel rooms available Reinforces my decision to not stay here again Tiny cramped room and bathroom mosquitoes in Italy? They were many in this room Locker didn't work ac or heating wouldn't come on Sky TV kept saying no connection available list goes on Breakfast was decent though limiting Proximity to clients office was primary reason to choose it.

Perfect and high quality breakfast but the room was tiny — also the train noise was irritating during the night. Quite nice but I prefer to choose another hotel next time.

I went with my husband who had to go on a business trip to Monza, Italy. We stayed at the hotel for a week. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. Only bad thing about the room was that it didn't have a tub to soak my aching body after walking around the Milan all day long. Their breakfast was excellent, too. I was expecting a continental breakfast, but they had scrambled eggs, bacon, three kinds of deli meats (these were delicious! ) and different kinds of pastries and cereals. Their cappuccinos were heavenly. It was my first time in Italy. But, with the help of the kind hotel staffs, I was able to go to Milan, Lake Como and Lake Lugano during that time. It is really convenient since the train station is really close by. (you hear the trains, but it didn't bother me) There were little stores south of the hotel where you can buy food and water, McDonald's, and the pharmacies for my personal needs. On the north side of the hotel. There is a beautiful cathedral, wonderful shops and great restaurants. I recommend this hotel to every one who is looking for a hotel.
