The hotel is on a very quiet street near the Metro Piola. We went to Milano Central Station on foot, it did not strain. The room on the third floor overlooked the inner courtyard where birds sang all night. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the bed is new and comfortable, room cleaning and towel change-every day. Breakfasts are standard continental: bun, croissant, butter, jam, yogurt, tea-coffee.

Staff is really nice, room is ok, we got one at the third floor with a nice view.

Good small family business hotel. I don't give 5 stars because being 2 stars he made us pay 3 euros/person/day.

Good location. The room has everything you need. Breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

A quiet place, very friendly staff, very clean rooms and spaces, no elevator, the heating was not very high so it was a little cold.

We were only here 3 days, but everything was great. Modern and always tidy rooms. Delivered in excellent condition both cleaning and reception staff, available for any information. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a certain time in a cozy and well connected place!

Hotel located in a quiet area, very noisy and strategically important, as it is close to the metro stations of Piola (M2) and Loreto (M1).
Clean room, with desk, TV, fridge, bathroom (also valid), without wardrobe but with space to hang clothes.
Cleaning and spare towels on time.
Managers available, possibility of luggage storage. Great experience.

Room was extremely comfortable but the payment system was little confused.

The room was very nice. It suprised me, because the acommodation didnt cost so much money. I would definitely improve the breakfast… as written at the reception, breakfast from 07:30-09:00, at 08:05 knocking on the door (because before 07:30 we shoudlnt disturb) … and no answer. So another try after 15 minutes. Again knocking, finally answer… the breakfast was covered under some blanket and the only possibility was some sweet croissants and yogurt. The coffee wasnt so tasty as well. So breakfast for 10EUR, maybe we should have visited the McDonald or Carefour. But anyway, jut to sleep over — good price.

Convenient location, cleanliness acceptable, too many stairs to reach the upper floors without elevator.

Room was unpresentable: crushed insects on the walls, broken toilet dirty, clogged sinks, drawers, beaded incurred with tape. Failed to clean up the room, even though I had been told they would have. I believe that, despite being a budget hotel, the room's conditions were not acceptable.

Private bare wiring, the door to the room opens with a screwdriver, a photo with a hairdryer cited the example, there is nothing for breakfast only sweet muffins and yogurt.

Good value for money. Family managed hotel.
