Stayed here for 3 days and really enjoyed R&C hospitality. They all introduced themselves upon check in, offered a cold refreshing beverage (flavored water or plain) and showed us our upgraded room. Really nice large room with sitting area, table, and round bed. Bathroom was large by hotel standards — plenty of room for us to get lost in. The hotel is right on street car line 9 towards the train station or 1connection to down two. Can also walk a few blocks to the Fashion street. They always opened the door for u. Always asked how they could help. And even as 5C members Gabe us a private wine and cheese and meat tasting. They even provided us with street car passes @ 1.25 euros/ride at the desk. They even shipped our wine for us home! There are many places around the hotel for a light breakfast or lunch and many options for dinner. Bravo and see you again soon.

We had a delightful time here, even though we were only staying one night. Like other reviewers we too were upgraded to a junior suite, which was very generous. The team were lovely, incredibly helpful, and I’d have no doubt I’d stay here again. Also incredibly convenient for Linate.

Beautiful, a bit quirky (in a good way) small hotel in a real former Palazzo that is well located in southeast Milan. The service was extraordinary from reception to departure. The lounge off the lobby is a welcoming place in which to have a coffee or drink. Our room was large, beautifully appointed and remarkably quiet. The round bed was a first for us, and was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was as well stocked with diverse offerings as any I've seen. We will return, and will recommend it to others traveling to Milan.

I couldn't fault our stay at this beautiful hotel. Location was perfect, very easy to get to from Milano Centrale on the number 9 tram, just 20 minutes. Excellent staff on the reception, so helpful and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious and light and airy. Lovely decor, amazing shower. We had great drinks and snacks in the bar — usually we would find a regular bar but it was so light and inviting we had to have a drink there. The most exceptional thing about he hotel though is the included spa area. It is so peaceful and calm, after a hot day meandering the city it is a perfect break between the day and the evening. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and hope to return, thank you for a lovely stay.

Wow, gorgeous! Really nothing to complain about! The staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Cinderella suite. A truly sumptuous room with impeccable cleanliness! Very good quality bedding. The restaurant just delicious! An ultra friendly bartender and to finish a breakfast as I have never view! A choice and quality as varied as qualitative! Great address! We will return!

Great rooms and great atmosphere, and a very nice restaurant. But what really makes this hotel stand out for me was the incredibly sweet and ever helpful staff! This is without question the hotel we'll stay at again next time we visit Milan.

Amazing hotel. The location is convenient and in a 20 minute walking distance you can reach the duomo. The rooms are big and very clean. Not to forget about the breakfast, a wide range of different breads, salami, cheese, ham, yogurt and so on. Really really delicious as well as the cocktails in the hotel bar.

Elegant hotel and great staff!

The hotel is located about twenty minutes walk from the Duomo but the way to go is nice. We stayed there as soon as it opened, the spa was not yet in place. The rooms are very pretty, we would have thought in a Disney tale. We still remember the amazing breakfast and the dinner head to head, lit by the glow of a candle. We'll be back for sure!

The hotel is very nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Every day bring a free bottle of wine to your room. If there is a need, you can take a box with Wi fi at the reception, which helps to orientate in the city. Well, and of course Alena at the reception, the best employee of the hotel, is ready to help in everything. Would definitely return to this hotel.

A fantastic small hotel. The staff was attentive from the moment we arrived. Dog friendly. We have a large standard poodle who was treated like an honored guest as were we. The rooms are small but serviceable. The public areas are fantastic. An American style buffet breakfast was fantastic. A definitive place to stay in Milan.

Magnifique! Very OTZYVCHYJ staff, ready to help at any time of the day. Feed at night Lasagna, will gladly help even cope with the corkscrew, when the blonde wine can not open. Great interior! I will definitely recommend friends!

The moment you walk into the hotel, there is a very distinct light floral scent that is tailored for Château Monfort. The hotel is very cute with hint of Alice Wonderland theme/rabbit. I love the dining room as it is very cozy and the breakfast set up is well done. If you get a chance, use their spa facility located on the bottom floor. The room is comfortable with a huge soaked tub.

I recommend it also for the proximity to the quadrilateral, which is easily reached in no more than five six minutes on foot.

Rooms are great. I hear each room is unique! Room staff does an amazing job at cleaning the room and goes above and beyond.

Very comfertable and beautiful hotel. Service 5* and staff extremely helpful. Location is good 20min to the Centre of Milan for shopping and 35mins to the castle. 15 euro cab fare to and from the airport. Will definitely stay here again.

I have been in the chateau for an afternoon with friends. We spent a few hours in the Spa and in the hotel lounge. Given that I am an ordinary person, I felt almost embarrassed when, on our arrival, there was the door open from the man of the entrance (I don't know the correct term). The hotel is beautiful. The SPA is wonderful… very reminiscent of the hammam, games d' water, a sauna and a Turkish bath… not to mention the swimming pool with chromotherapy! We were in 4, and both the sauna and the Turkish bath were sufficiently welcoming to make us feel comfortable. The relaxation room attached to the SPA is small but cosy with a right selection of snacks, healthy and water and tea. The lounge is very elegant with lots of white grand piano. We paused for an hour… we felt very lady English… it was a time for you and we have served a wide selection of teas and pastries. The service was excellent, with the barman very friendly and helpful. The pastries were delicious! Fresh and freshly prepared by the pastry chef of the chateau. Between us there was also a celiac and the bartender was kind enough to bring a selections of desserts without gluten especially for you. Is a chic where, however, do you know how to make you feel at ease!

Top notch service. An absolute labarynth of a hotel (in a good way). Super clean even by my OCD standards. Expect even the most simplest of foods delivered in the perfect way. 5

Well located, good restaurants closeby and not too far from the center. Friendly service, cordially people not shy of doing the extra mile to satisfy the client. Cozy rooms stylish furnished. We stayed for a week and can recommend it.

Dinner was okay but not excellent for how much you pay. Breakfast was very good. Rooms, spa and service was excellent.

5 star hotel. So the experience was all in all amazing. However, a few things dropped this to a 4 star rating: The location is not bad, but not perfect. There is a lot to do in Milano, and it is really best to be as centered as you can, otherwise you'll need taxis from time to time. The breakfast was good, but the cooks who cook you your choice of egg are not at your disposal in all time, so you usually have to wait quite a bit for your omlett. There were some snacks outside the minibar that seemed complimentary, but weren't.

Wow. Thank you so much to the staff who made our stay at this beautiful hotel so memorable. The service was absolutely impeccable. Every one of the staff did their best to look after us and make us feel special and all the little added touches were spot on. Eg. A cute little box with fruit and water for the road. Quite possibly the best hotel stay of my life. Awesome.

Super room. The location is very central and you can reach almost everything very quickly on foot or by taxi. The way to the nearest railway is also possible on foot. The hotel looks a bit taken from the outside, but in the evening makes all the surrounding buildings look old due to its lighting. The restaurant serves exclusive dishes at high prices, which are highly recommended if you want to spend the evening in the hotel. In the immediate vicinity, however, there are good culinary alternatives.

Staff at the hotel can make or break a place. Fortunately for us and them it was the prior. Really helpful concierge and reception including the porter who was ready and about as soon as we arrived. Check inn was great as we were taken to our room which had no balcony but upon request were promptly provided with one. Really cute and cozy rooms spacious modern with an old time chic charm. Bathroom and bath were great were a high rain shower head. Excellent amenities. And great information provided by the hotel staff.

This wonderful hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the Duomo and is a delightful experience. We stayed there for only one night but will be back one day. We were made welcome by the wonderful staff (our Italian is poor but they were forgiving! ). A really good night's sleep in a clean and comfortable room. Excellent.

Large room, comfortable bed, tallest shower head ever. Bath supplies provided. Huge breakfast buffet (additional cost). Bar, pool, spa, are all top notch. Construction in the street expected until 2018 or so as they add a new subway stop. There was no noticeable noise from the construction.

We were recommended this hotel for my birthday. If I could I'd give 25 stars for the staff (see Director: Stefano Raghavendra which I did find a very good mini cake directly in the room for my birthday which was prepared by the hotel chef, who then Ms recptions:-) class Mrs. Luisa was super nice cozy simpatica, Mrs. RA Brazilian cleaning lady Fabia which in record time we did find the slippers in the room in order to go to the Spa, thanks to Mr. RA Federica at breakfast tables

Absolutely wonderful service, but several major issues with the room. First, it was on the ground floor facing the street, which made me very uncomfortable as people walking by could see in if the curtains were open, especially in the bathroom! There was no shower head in the bath, so not a pleasant bathing experience, and the room was cold, with no way to increase the heat. When I asked if other rooms were available I was told they were full but when the room was booked many weeks ago a request was put in specifically for a quiet room. I would not consider a ground floor, street facing room quiet by any stretch. It's a shame because the staff was so nice, but the room was just absolutely awful!

Amazing hotel. The design is so unique, you'll love it. Unforgettable stay. One of the best hotels I stayed at. The staff is very good, very attentive. Room service is outstanding, get the steak. If you're staying here try their restaurant, trust me.

The hotel is so good and perfect and the suff is really friendly but the only problem in this hotel it is so far from the centre of Milan you have to walk to reach the cathedral 15 to 20 mins but it's safe to walk any time.

Better impossible! Have it all: friendly and attentive service, a bar with some fantastic cocktails, a restaurant that improvised dishes for a girl on the go, a festive decoration, one more than welcoming spa… Is a Relais & Chateau and that is notice.

Disgusting, European 5 stars not meet even 4, stayed January 13 years, twice (as money, pre-paid are not returned) staff disgusting, обслуживающийся the reception staff unfriendly. Booked a 2 bed room with double bed, but the beds were single simple connected together, as well as flat one half of the beds was not visible, had to sleep together in the same bed, sometimes fell into the gap between the beds, Europeans do not know what is a duvet cover, hiding in a sheet on top of the blanket, in the morning when we woke up sheet was somewhere in the other side of the bed, and thought that I'm collecting only a blanket I started Allergy. The rooms are small toiletries disgusting (bad smell), Breakfast only smoked pork or Turkey there is no choice at all, baking is not fresh, fresh juices do not understand what.

Hotel beautiful, elegant, creative and very feminine. Fairy and fabulous!
Highly recommended for a romantic stay.
I'll definitely return.
