Nice hotel. Great location to the train station and metro. 5 min walk to both. Newly renovated and modern setup. Only issue is the shower floor does not have a raised edge so the water will spread to the rest of floor if not careful. Notified front desk when checked out, hope they adjust. Front desk people are friendly. Would book again.

Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable rooms and very close to Milano Centrale train and underground stations. Well worth your consideration when visiting Milan. Breakfast buffet is quite adequate and the room is very clean — staff were courteous and helpful. There are a few cafes and restaurants locally, but with the underground so close it’s easy to get to the centre of Milan or the canal district. I would happily recommend the Spice Hotel.

Everything is perfect, staff nice, breakfast good and varied, clean rooms and great location a few steps from the central station. Only negative the bidet… We are in Italy, can not miss the bidet!

It's a great hotel. Breakfast buffet.

Clean, nice staff, modern interior. Large beds but very high. Shower Gel Only change if you ask for it. Cleaned every day. Sometimes there may be problems with hot water, but in general after 2-3 minutes of draining will be hot. The Breakfasts are OK, but after a few days are very annoying, the assortment every day is the same. The Hotel is not bad, only considering the cost.

New and recently opened Hotel. All clean premises and very comfortable rooms. The single bed with 1 square and half comfortable as bed but small spaces. Good and easily adjustable air conditioning. Breakfast full of sweet and salty food.

Hey… I was many times for business in milan and always in the city center… No doubt that spice hotel is my favorite hotel! Eccellent location 50 m from the train station very modern and clean… Perfect breakfast.

General advise: do not choose this hotel. There has been on last weeks several claims regarding people (guests) that have been stolen. Check comments of last 2 weeks.

A well priced modern hotel very close to the central railway station and on the tram route. Our room had a large balcony overlooking the street. Buffet breakfast is included in the price with plenty of hot and cold options to choose from. Nice friendly staff. Overall a pleasant experience.

Hotel in a perfect area near the central station large and clean rooms The only problem is that I having slept in 3 people I slept in a small bed uncomfortable for the rest all well the price for the area where the hotel was located was understandable and not so much EC I cease.

Room actually on the whole quite OK. However, some electricity did not work for us. The hotel staff sent us a staff that was totally ünerfordert and ran up and down 5 times. Apparently he didn't know what to do, and he took another employee. After five minutes they waved us goodbye, said nothing and disappeared again.
Only the next day (afternoon) the problems were solved in our room!

New Hotel. It has finishing details that you can see that they have opened it when it still had to finish. However, location 10 points, very friendly staff and very varied breakfast. To improve, the orange juice as it is not natural, is an envelope juice.

Nice, clean rooms with bathroom inside. Good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. After check out one can store luggage at the hotel. Great location — 2 min walk from Centrale. I had a slight problem with temperature setting — it kept heating up the room so in the end I had to turn it off, but that was only a slight inconvenience.

We arrive at the hotel and expect at least twenty minutes just to check in due to a long queue at the front desk. At noon they tell us that the room is not ready, understandable. At 14:30 they told us to have a quadruple room instead of a double because we had more room! (Ask no, right? )
We expected that at least they had removed the other beds to stay on the speech of comfort and instead there were all…
Room still spotless from top to bottom, comfortable bathroom but I was sorry there was no bidet.
Problems with heating also us: Rumorosissime fans, high temperatures and non-adjustable thermostat. Anyway we solved by opening the windows for the night.
Breakfast huge and tied to the needs of all. Much appreciated! Only pity the small space for the amount of people attending the hotel. So much turnout!

Great experience! Really good price/quality ratio. Rooms are basic, but new, towels and bedlinen are in the perfect condition! The breakfast was abundant. Excellent choice for those who want to stay close to the central station.

Hotel near the station, completely refurbished has a modern and essential style that winks certainly to a foreign clientele. The rooms are furnished in an essential way but they have everything… except the bidet in the bathroom!

This hotel very much exists! It seems to be brand new. It's clean and what you'd expect from a 3 star hotel! Train station is a 2 min walk away.

The hotel doesn't exist and yet it's on most booking websites. According to other clients, they've been either moving guests to other places or cancelling last minute. This is incredibly disrespectful to travellers.

I would have a hard time recommending this hotel. The beautiful entry space does not match what one finds inside. When I got to my room and turned on the lights, it was quite dark. This apparent attempt to save on lighting creates a very depressing atmosphere. The carpet was old and worn out, so the blue fantasy design was more nauseating than appealing. The lock on my window was broken. When I told them about this, they didn't offer to change my room or even apologize. And that was the general tone of my visit: they just didn't seem to care. The next morning, after my late night out, the phone rang with a wake-up call that I hadn't ordered. I called to let them know, so they might contact the person who hadn't received his/her wake-up call. Again, the lack of interest or concern: no apology, and the only reply: 'Well, I can't wake EVeryONE! ' At breakfast, in the small dining area, the waitresses had the same uninvolved attitude and didn't seem to want to answer my questions or fulfill any of my special dietary needs. The only thing they seemed to care about in this hotel was that I shouldn't walk out with the key. While I was voicing one complaint at the front desk, the clerk was staring obsessively at the key and trying to get it from me. Although I paid a discount price because of some miles I was spending, I didn't even think it was worth that amount.

Terrifying! Me and my employees we go there to work. Basically we only slept there! Those few hours we spent at this hotel have been nothing short of shocking!
As soon as you arrive to check in, we had just a really unprofessional.
The receptionist asked me a deposit because I have rejected him, leaving them unattended, probably working equipment (needles, plates etc. ) valued at around 1000 euros.
We arrive at the room and horror. Dirty towels and a terrible stench in the room, not to mention the dirt.
The following evening back in the room we also found ants! One squalor! Truly amazing that this facility is still open! Is indecent!
Don't go absolutely.

Not a bad place to stay, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Some downsides are the garish interior which desperately needs to be modernised and the shower needs to have a screen or a curtain as water floods the entire room.

DO NOT GO THERE!
Terrible service, rude, loud in the hallways at night, last but not least, I have been taken without authorization, after two hours of check out, 200 euros by credit card by claiming to have them burned one coverlet.

More than a hotel a dump.
Carpet now dead of old age, a smell of dust in the room cannot be sent via (and ignore), paint missing sometimes in the room and finally a wonderful bathroom where the shower didn't even have the curtain.
I wonder how a place like this can meet the standards necessary for even 1 star.
