3-star hotel which has all necessities, but nothing too lavish. Bathtub was clogged but I didn't bother calling the reception as I was only staying for a night. Rooms are pretty clean and it's only a 10-minute walk from the train station!

Not much to say. The rooms were OK (the bathroom was tiny) but overall the hotel doesn't have many amenities, that is why I was surprised it had 3***. It's fairly far from main tourist attractions but near the "ring"; one small car parking (charged, by the street) 50m from the entrance — I've uploaded the general surroundings photos with this review…

Good location at near to the train station nice reception with toilet facilities free water to drink very helpful staff at the reception excellent if you are exploring me Lana my guest tells me the room was good and there is Wi-Fi throughout the hotel the prices are reasonable the hotel is in a modern Style if you are arriving from the train station central Milano it is about a 10-minute walk I would say by taxi 2 minutes so it is extremely convenient for getting the underground and going around the city of Milan.

Taken away from the excellent location, the Hotel is really bad: claustrophobic and dark room, bathroom without windows, shower tray damaged and patched to good. The most amazing thing is that in full may the heating of the rooms is active and there is no way to deactivate it. Result: One of the worst nights of my life, highly recommended!

Very good location to get to the Central station to 5min walking. From there you can move by train to nearby cities or downtown (the Duomo to 4 stops)

For those who want a place in the center of Milan near the central station, this hotel is ideal. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, for dinner just a few meters there is the restaurant-pizzeria red brick where the pizza is great with much cheese. Only drawback of the hotel: The bathroom should be renovated, the tiles are dated and also the shower. If you have been useful please put I like. Thank you.

Recently refurbished Hotel in modern style. Very convenient location between Central Station and P. Le Loreto. Not suitable for disabled people. Breakfast enough. Two stars because the bathroom was dirty. Unforgivable!

A nice clean 3 star hotel with friendly crew.

Very clean hotel with good mattresses and Wi-Fi in direct storage. We stayed for a weekend in Milan and were able to explore the city ideally. The Metro is reached on foot in five minutes. The bus stop for the airport to Bergamo is just a five minute walk away. The reception was very friendly and we were able to get our room early in the morning and then leave directly in the city.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, modern interiors, good location (near the Central Station and cso. Buenos Aires). The biggest flaw was the central air conditioning because the room temperature was too low and it wasn't possible to change it.

Misleading page provided by the hotel. They charge 40 euros more for breakfast. Uncommon attention and kindness. Simple and small rooms. Cost Benefit Bad.

Utterly abominable. Disgusting. Worst hotel I have ever seen. We checked in, paid extra cleaning fees (the irony! ) and immediately checked out, demanding a refund. Thank goodness we booked through Expedia because they wouldn't have refunded our money. Avoid.

We booked this site by a known web page. Upon arrival, the man at the front desk (from the hotel in front where he collects the keys) tells us that check in was until 18.30 (arriving at 18.35) and tells us to seek life, that he can do nothing. Nothing about that time was coming out on any Web page. Then he contradicted himself saying it was at 19, 00 hours. When we told him to call his boss, he said he wasn't in Italy. We ended up calling the police and we put a complaint. It's all a scam.

We booked these apartments and as there is no front desk you had to go to the hotel opposite to ask for the keys and everything you needed. For nothing we give the documentation and takes us to a room of that same site, was a room (horrible) and not an apartment like we had booked, we explained it to the receptionist and he said no, that that was our room, we went back to show the reservation in which he clearly stated that the address of the apartment was opposite and not here and that in the pictures came out that there was a kitchen, he still had the picture was an example. After much arguing, in the end we said that if we wanted to return the money one night (we were two) but of course we were going to do … already in Milan without another site looked … as we stayed, the room with two lousy beds and the bathroom with more mold I've seen, at least the towels and sheets were clean. It's the worst place I've ever stayed.

It is a very commercial experience. The rooms were nicely finished but not maintained. No exhaust fan made an unpleasant showing experience. One man at the desk who checked us in seemed a bit stand offish but the other man spoke flawless English, was really polite and obviously wanted to help in any way he could. The breakfast was quite good with a good selection and someone who came around to make your coffee.

This very well. The staff very friendly. The room is very elegant. The only thing that was lacking was air conditioning, we spent a little bit of heat at night.

Let me say this first of all, maybe I have spent at least 90 nights in hotel rooms here in Milan in 2015, and my company usually books me 4 stars hotel, so I think I have a good knowledge in the field. Actually this hotel was amazing. I spent only 84€ for a single room, and it was worth more than many 4 stars hotel. Clean and modern bedrooms and breakfast room. Definitely less impressive the hall. I chosed it only due to the fact that it was close to the train station, but it was a really fortunate choice.

My husband and I had planned to spend the weekend of November 11 in Milan. So we booked 3 nights at the hotel Soperga. In order to enjoy the most of our weekend, after dropping off our bags in our room, we went immediately to the discovery of Milan. After a nice afternoon the streets of Milanaises, we went to rest in our room. At 10 pm, my husband's phone rang, his sister to the other end of the line told him the death of his father. 23 h, we left the hotel, direction Milan airport emergency and we premiums the first plane to Paris.
We are not dissatisfied with the services provided by the hotel. Located near the train station, it is relatively well placed. Our room was faithful to the pictures of the site, clean and decorated with taste. We were charmed by the warm atmosphere of this room. However, let me post this argument to make you part of the lack of empathy that the hotel management has demonstrated since to this day, despite multiple reminders, this one refuses to repay our stay during which we have finally any profit from our room.

Visitor of all 9/24/2014 can say that acceptance is really bad. The rooms are well maintained, clean and tidy. Makes up for the bad service at the reception, the breakfast service, really good.
Advice to a stopover in Milan and doesn't require great services.

Decent location but 2-3 star bedding.

Really a great hotel. New rooms with modern style, excellent breakfast and very good service. Really handy for the metro just 500 m from the hotel.

The room was a surprise. Big new and nice. The staff was unfriendly though, almost annoyed. Very good value for money though.

PLUS * price/value is ok * easy to access (300m to the mains station and metro "red"-line) * breakfast is ok (and was included in my case — Internet special rate) MINUS * very thin walls (you can hear nearly everything) in my case * everthing is a little bit old fashioned and out-dated Conclusion: Very good for simple overnights, as you are very fast in the City and the price is really ok for Milano.
