Three stars hotel on the third floor of the building that looks like a quite old office.

The staff were very friendly, plus, being only 2 people, we were reserved a very spacious triple room, so the convenience was not lacking. The location is very strategic when just a few steps from the central station, the rooms are still very quiet.

Its near central station have good price.

We arrived from a few minutes, hotel about 700 meters from Central station. The staff were very friendly Tomorrow after the stay we will confirm what is said with details.

Good location, acceptable rooms and a paid breakfast but not even view… at 9:30 there was no… things never seen! Empty fridge But in homage I left 3 beers fresh in the fridge and a toothpaste for the next customers.

Clean quiet and comfortable environment near the central station located on the 3rd floor of a building. Good breakfast and room.

It seemed clean, modest claims but just for the/prezzo quality ratio (although €140 for one night are not very few). But, on the return, at night, in addition to having to wait for a person with the key to enter the elevators, we found a mega cockroach that from the bathroom was spinning per room.
The attendant, after about 25 Min and after great insistence, changed the room that, for disabled, had not even the bide '.

It certainly does not look like a hotel. It occupies the third floor of a building near the central station of Milan. To access you have to play on the intercom to get open, luckily there is a person 24 at the reception. Huge rooms but the hallways are a maze and dimly lit.

To get there you have to ring a bell and get to the second floor with the elevator.

It only has about ten places at the table, so for breakfast (miserable) you have to wait for someone to finish, but then there are no more plates and glasses, then another wait…
Great location, but there is the Metro that takes you everywhere, so better to choose another hotel!

Very good place to travel to Milano.

The hotel is situated on 2nd or 3rd storey. But they have a lift. Be careful if you are checking in late at night, there was a drunk receptionist guy. Also there is language barrier, At night the receptionist doesn't speak English. The rooms are clean and bigger than most in Milan. Hotel also offers breakfast. The location of the hotel is amazing, walking distance to train & metro station.

Very good position, not so far from Milan Centrale train station. Very welcoming staff. Breakfast with a good variety of food. Although my bed linen were a bit frayed and and the bathroom was quite cold in the morning.

Arrived late… around 02:30… they welcomed me with great professionalism and courtesy. Great and clean room. Average prices. Advice to all.

The old donny at the reception with the scruffy beard is a wasteman. They aint even got a 2 pin socket to give you at the reception. Some dry hotel.

Accepted reservation then cancelled the day before my arrival… It's a good thing I looked at my emails before.

I was there on 7 and 8 — 11 — 15 to the reservation specified that wasn't owed the tax! Once the claim year. Breakfast not included in the price paid, 5 euro, most other hotels included honestly doesn't seem fair that it qualified three stars!

The only good thing about it is its proximity to Central station, for the rest I would say the room acceptable but not well clean, staff very unhelpful and unkind. At 9.00 when we went down for breakfast (paid! ) miss the bar told us that there were no more talking croissants talking bread we went away without a paid and no refund clearly.
Bad, definitely not stay here again. Highly discouraged.

NEVER, NEVER stay at this hotel. They claim to be a 3 star, well it's wrong not even a 1 star. Personnel are rude, dirty not organize, our A/C didn't work, told 3 people one person at reception told us that the person to fix it would be bere in 1 hour, well no one came, then after 1.5 hrs. Later he brought us a fan. Bed is hard as a rock. Noisy, heard all night a motor sound told reception he told us that there is no sound. The hotel is on the 3rd floor, witth other businesses so beware if you leave the hotel in the afternoon after 5 when all the business prople are gone the front doors get locked, need to ring the bell and be lucky if you get in. It took for us 3 rings to finally get in, we decided not leave again afraid not to get back in. Some lights don't work, TV is small looks like a computer screen. We left at 6 am the next day, happy to leave.
