Fabulous stay with first class service. We had a fabulous stay. We were in Milano for the first time and the hotel helped to make the trip so much more special. The staff were all, without exception, superb, helpful and genuinely friendly. The room was spacious and cosy. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The UNA Maison is simply wonderful! The staff could not have been more accommodating or gracious. From the moment we stepped out of the cab, they all made us feel like they were genuinely glad to see us. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here two days and we really enjoyed our visit. It is a small and comfortable boutique hotel that has well trained and customer focused staff. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and smartly decorated. Breakfast is great value and is not included. Room rates are reasonable for central Milano. To recommend.

Usually not public reviews, but for this hotel I felt obliged after the great impression it made me.
The location is beautiful, the hotel is located 1 minute walk from the Duomo.
Close to bars, shops and restaurants and very close to the metro station.
At check in I was made a free upgrade from double to suite.
The staff at check-in offered me a welcome drink and at check out they did not charge me the minibar drink.
The suite is huge, they could be 30-35 sqm. The room consists of a sitting area with a small sofa, TV and minibar.
The bedroom consists of a double bed, wardrobe, television and a desk with a chair.
Finally, the bathroom consists of a washbasin, bidet, shower and bathtub.
The only note I do is on breakfast, €20 seems to me too many.

Very nice, modern and spacious boutique hotel right next to Duomo. Staff is extremely warm and accommodating. No restaurant but plenty nearby.

Clean, spacious room. Most toiletries provided I've ever seen in a hotel room — from sealed bath salts and loofas to nail polish remover packets!

Excellent atmosphere, attention and location.

My first time in this hotel: it was the best. We arrived and one of the receptionists was rushed to help us with our suitcases. It was very pleasant and it was nice to feel pampered like that! The hotel room was spacious and bright. In short the hotel was beautiful, great receptionists and super nice. I will go back.

My favorite hotel in Milano! Terrific location. The rooms are so cute and cozy. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is amazing! I feel absolute peace and joy every time I visit.

Very nice hotel near the Duomo. A great discovery given that this was my first stay at this hotel. The service is amazing, like the kindness and welcome of all the staff. The rooms are beautiful and very good breakfast, which it is possible to take only in the room. I'll be back next time.

I loved this property. The location makes it perfect, it's nearby main attractions such as Duomo and Galleria. The staff is very professional, helpful, attentive; they are the definition of customer service. I highly recommend, it's by far one the best ones I've been to, it's worth every penny. The toiletries that they provide are fantastic. I definitely will stay here when I come back.

I stayed 2 nights in February at this beautiful boutique hotel on occasion of a personal recurrence. The property is really a favor with manicured furnishings, attention to detail and a staff prepared, always smiling and helpful. The location speaks for itself, a few steps from the Duomo. Honestly, I think it's hard to get better! I recommend it!

The only good thing about this hotel is location.

Nice hotel. From amenities-Provide besides soap-shampoo-gel also naborchiki for shaving, manicure and a brush with a paste. The only and significant drawback is the very cold bathroom. The room was clean.

Beautiful room, spacious bathroom, very nice and very helpful staff, excellent location, superb breakfast (but only in room), all great. Only I would have preferred the parquet instead of the carpet.

Stayed there during February. The location is perfect! Right in the heart of the plaza, close to shopping and main tourist attractions. Hotel staff was super friendly, helpful with every question and request. They even got small sandwich snacks for free. Great experience!

Offered a drink as soon as we entered o hcheck in, great rooms with very nice service. Location can't be beat, just across the road from duomo.

My husband and I have just arrived home after 5 weeks in the UK, starting our holiday with 3 wonderful days in Milan. We were both so impressed with this lovely city and greatly appreciated the warm welcome we received from all the staff at this Hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, from advising on restaurants, cafes and the like. The three female staff were particularly delightful — such a refreshing change to so many robotic hotel staff we have come across in our travels. The hotel is well situated, close to the centre of the city, well appointed and clean. We would certainly recommend Una Maison to anyone and look forward to returning in the near future.

Beautiful location and comfortable room. The most: the welcome cocktail (always appreciated) and toilets of quality products (creams, bath salts, …).

Great Central location in Milan. Steps away from the Duomo plaza and Galleria. Access to bus/tram stops, metro, and taxis all within one short block (at most) of the hotel. We arrived by train to the Central station with a large bag and carry on apiece; only one flight of stairs without an escalator! And the Metro stop is 4 doors away from the entrance. Lots of café’s in the area also. A huge selection of wine bars and Osteria’s near the rear of the Duomo, so all you need to do is walk across the plaza and look for a place that piques your interest. The Hotel itself is very small. Something on the order of 25 rooms total. Blink and you will miss the entrance. There is a full room service menu, but not a real lounge or restaurant area to spread out if that is what you prefer. We were offered a cappuccino and hors d’oeuvre at check in (both quite good) and given maps and information on the city. Wifi was included. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was good sized for 2 people. The bathroom was palatial with both a tub and a shower. The street the hotel is on is quite noisy. The tram rumbles through frequently. The double paned double door kept the room almost silent. If you wanted the window open, it’s going to be loud. The room had air-conditioning so there was really no need to open the window unless you wanted to do so. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. Tons of spa like amenities in the bathroom. We checked out at 4:30 AM without a hitch.
