We truly enjoyed our stay at The Gray Sina. Check in was smooth and included considerable and helpful details about the area. The location is unbeatable right next to the Duomo. Our room was exceptionally well laid out and decorated with taste. Service throughout our four night stay was courteous and efficient. We highly recommend this property and will stay there again.

First I am ka deppater german but a Austrian and the hobn guate Wurschtsemmal.

This hotel is like a little gem right in the heart of the city. A 5 star boutique hotel that feels like home with the friendliest staff. I strongly recommend to book the Gallery room which has an amazing view over Vittorio Emanuele Galleria.

It's the worst 5 stars hotel that I ever known.

Not worth its stars and reputation. Very good location (probably close to the best you can have) but rooms/facilities are not up to date and not super clean either.

Good location.

The Sina, The Gray Hotel and it's staff have been wonderful. It is very close (1 or 2 minute walk) to the Duomo. The folks that work here have been very friendly and have given us great recommendations for restaurants and help with directions for walking to our tourist destinations. The rooms are small, but are kept clean and well maintained. This was out last stop in Italy before heading home and it was really nice to finish our trip on such a high note with this hotel.

This hotel concentrates all the perfection of Milan's design. Its chill out atmosphere terrace is great.

Great reception. The lobby of the hotel looks very good, cozy. The staff is very friendly, great! You feel right at ease. Congratulations for the aperitifs, the drinks are great and the appetizers, although not extremely abundant, are delicious and inviting. Recommended for both treatment and quality.

الفندق كان رائع وسكنت فيه اكثر من مرة ، المرة الاخيرة الفندق لا يستحق خمس نجوم ، غيارات السربر رخيصة وقديمة ، الستاير كهرباء وخربانه ، الجاكوزري خربان ، سكنت ثلاث ليال وكل بيصلحونهم وطلعت ولم تصلح ، لا انصح به ، احسن ما فيه الموقع.

Bad reception, staff unhelpful and unprofessional, removed it completely worth the high cost.

Great service and hospitality. Rooms lived up to expectations. Recommended.
