Honestly this has been one of THE best hotels I have ever stayed at in my life… From check-in to check-out, the staff has been nothing but wonderful and genuinely caring. For the incredibly affordable price of the accommodations I would have expected it to be an average experience, but every single detail of our stay was an absolute bliss. The rooms were so clean, you can really tell the cleaning staff does an impecable job. My kudos to them! Every receptionist that I talked to was polite and willing to help me with whatever I needed. The gym is very well-equipped. I was very entertained while working out in the morning as I stared out the windows at the breathtaking sight of Buenos Aires’ cityscape — a few hours before enjoying the hotel’s own buffet breakfast-which was delicious and varied! They had something for every taste. With the obvious perk of being close to the US embassy and the Japanese Garden and within just a few blocks of some great tourist spots — staying at this hotel is a must if you want to be treated like an esteemed guest (or if you want your pets to be treated like little kings as well)

We didn't have any cable. And we couldn't talk to the front desk since we hadn't been given the number. I spoke from my cell phone to the hotel landline and I wasn't being looked after either. We went a couple of days at the hotel, the attention was always very warm, but if the service is missing a lot, starting with breakfast. Really the pictures do not correspond with the reality, very dirty, old and sloppy. At the reception they had two jugs of "lemonade", if you can call it that, with the old (brown) lemons, an out-of-service elevator, the horrible rooms! The elevators terrible, an elevator for the whole hotel. At one point they broke all 13 floors per staircase! The rooms do not have gas installed or are not enabled. Ultimately you can't use it! I read bad reviews. The reality is, nothing I read happened to me. Strategically located, with warm attention from all the staff, it has spacious rooms, all with proper functioning. The small details they have, are because it is an old structure, and most are sestic. Highly recommended food (varied breakfast), spa, swimming pool and an internal patio with games for children. We were 4 months ago on the occasion of the salon of the car. The positive is that the room/apartment that we got was spacious, clean, tidy and included heladerita, kitchen and tableware complete. The bed was very comfortable. Very good breakfast (included in the service) and lunch and dinner as well, although you had to pay separately. People! Last week we went with my husband to the rural areas of Palermo and we stayed in the hotel. On Sunday morning we had to leave the room, and the receptionist told us we could keep the luggage in a room next to the reception. It was the worst night I spent in a hotel. I could not sleep because the springs in the mattress felt fine on my back. The collar dirty. The blanket full of hair. Stayed one night. The room had a door closed sheet giving a roof of the building. Bath was with tiles left and had a quite antique/old style. The truth that I do not recommend it for the price. Very expensive for what it is.
