Breakfast had lots of options — from Chinese dumplings to omelettes. The older rooms did not live up to its newly renovated counterparts. But the renovated rooms were very clean! Although the hotel's pretty far from the main streets, there's a metro nearby that reaches the important sites in Milano.

Stayed here twice and have throughout enjoyed both visits. Large hotel, in a relatively quiet area of Milan, away from the bustle of the main city centre. It's a few minutes walk from Lotto station, from where you can easily access everywhere in Milan. We find the location to be particularly ideal, as although not much nearby, it's quiet and accessible. We stayed in a Level room on both visits, which gives access to the Level lounge. We find this to be very good value with a range of snacks and drinks available through the day, including spirits for a few hours in the evening. They also serve breakfast in here for Level room guests, which we find particularly relaxing, compared to the main breakfast areas in most hotels. The rooms are very spacious and modern, being bright and airy. The bathrooms don't quite seem to have had the same renovations as the main bedrooms but they are still perfectly fine. Service in the hotel is always friendly and efficient. They helpfully arranged some restaurant booking prior to our arrival. Level lounge check in was a little less efficient than previously, but not problematic. Would highly recommend!

Great hotel with large and comfortable rooms. The ordinary catering and without enthusiasm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pity a little neglected the maintenance. Overall great.

Lovely room, very modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. There were lots of football players staying here, and even though they were quite high profile we still had full attention from staff and we felt very welcomed. If we come back to Milan we will try and stay here again.

Easy to reach by metro ferro station. Nice place to stay.

This hotel is perfect: the rooms are cozy and clean, the breakfast offers a lot of choice of excellent quality and the service is impeccable, with a very kind staff. It is no wonder that even a team as important as Juventus stay there:P apart from the favorite team, I highly recommend this hotel, also for the proximity to the metro and the brand new City Life (shopping center with restaurants and cinemas).

Visited not as a customer, but for an event organized in the hotel the "Hi Fidelity" 2018. Very nice Hotel and cared for with very nice rooms. Friendly staff. Outside there are parking lots, but beware because they have passed the parking and have done massacre of contraventions. However the hotel should be equipped with a large guarded inside parking (to be verified). I arrived by train and then by subway which is 50 meters from the hotel.

I have stayed with my family and have been treated great. They left a nice touch for my girls. Today we have been walking to the Duomo, a good walk, but if the weather is good you can try. When we return to Milan we are sure to return to the same hotel.

The location is excellent, just a block away from the train and the hustle and bustle of the centre.
The facilities are the best, especially your area LEVEL is fantastic!

The Big Bluff! Some marble and an elegant staircase in the foyer do not make 5 stars yet. The hotel is located a bit away from the centre. However, a metro station with two lines offers a good connection to the centre or the airport. The rooms are modern and clean. The hotel advertises with location and good sound protection. Unfortunately, this is not the case with the rooms located on the street side. The conversation noise of two bars across the window also penetrates through closed windows. The rooms to the courtyard are quieter. However, it is not possible to sleep while the window is open. The ventilation and cooling systems are then disturbing. Unfortunately, the massively-acting room doors do not prevent any noise from the hallway penetrating into the room. Also a slightly louder TV — device in the neighbouring room is well audible. I cannot agree with the positive reviews for breakfast. I was in the hotel for several days and could not find any change in the rather niederpreisigen offer. Despite a large and never crowded Früstücksraumes, the numerous staff are not able to complement the lack of the buffet in a timely manner. Really good is the coffee in all variations. The staff is nice and helpful. However, missing towels can take 90 minutes to complete. For a 2 or 3 day visit I would not recommend the hotel.

I am not an expert of the 5 stars in the world, so my opinion is worth what it is worth. Personally I have not seen any differences with a 4 stars that I had previously visited. However, the breakfast, especially for its salty part, lacked a few varieties. The sweet part was correct.
A downside, we were placed in a theme room with quite oppressive decoration without being asked our opinion. Fortunately the staff was very understanding about this and we were immediately moved to room.
Last point, the location of the hotel is not ideal to visit the city but it is located in a very nice neighborhood even where we find small traditional family restaurants so this compensates.

The fifth star is missing just because Italian/Spanish Baroque is not so my style. Is therefore subjective.
Otherwise: surprisingly versatile breakfast buffet. Even the Asian selection was amazing.
Interesting and after trying out really pleasant and practical is the shower head which is connected to the toilet (! ). That's a real thing.
Overall, small things I know from other hotels could provide a modern update. E. G. A USB socket. And this next to the bed.
There is already a climate and lighting control system. You can leave the door on the outside of the room by typing "Do Not Disturb".
Wellness and fitness not yet tested.
Location of the hotel is great: almost around the corner is the Niegelnagel new shopping centre CityLife in the shopping district. Here I recommend the restaurant/Café that's Vapore! My waiter could even German.

From a 5 star hotel of that name you expect more. The lobby was overrun by a mutiforme crowd attending a very noisy convention. The restaurant offers good food but the value for money is definitely unbalanced, overpriced. The facilities are quite anonymous as well as the service at the restaurant.

Very nice hotel, reception attitude too presuntoso, I asked not to use degilding spray in the room for health reasons and it was not considered! Breakfast would have been great if there had been no logistical issues (10 minutes waiting for fresh food at the desk). It would take more staff in the kitchen when numerous groups arrive to not penalize other guests.

The Hotel is very close to the Metro.
Great reception in reception, breakfast was impeccable and varied, with lots of choices and fresh produce. The room is really nice and spacious.
A couple of suggestions for improvement would leave them for the bathroom: the hair dryer a little ' dated after a couple of minutes it overheated and went out continuously and take a shower with your feet in the tub I do not find it very comfortable. Overall I would go back.

Hotel easily accessible using the Milan Metro, is distinguished by the elegant, clean and functional environment for those who want to organize meetings, events or presentations with the need to have more rooms available. Nice, friendly and helpful staff, great spaces available to guests in the lobby with the opportunity to use a great bar service. To recommend.

Good service, chambers are need but you do not always have a nice look outside. Breakfast is great and the hotel is very proper.

Elegant Hotel with spacious, comfortable and clean rooms.
It is very close to the Metro stop and quite close to the San Siro Stadium, for those who like football.
It is not close enough to the center to walk, but it is well connected.

It falls within the category of 5 star hotels that are not totally. The details of kindness and special treatment that should have a hotel of this type, do not have them. Little kindness, do not replace some things in the room like water, coffee etc. The gym is downright fine but then there are no towels or water, I had never been to a hotel where there are no towels available to the gym users. The rooms with surface cleaning, with dust in many places. The bathroom with clear maintenance needs. In short, it is not a 5 star, especially because they do not want it to be. Then on Sunday there was a party and the noise in the rooms of the music was appalling. Or soundproof or do not party! A hotel disaster. Little recommended if you think of a 5 star.

Stay of 4 nights in this hotel, in couple is very cozy. The. Perfect room, bed, pillows, bathroom.
Reception service very correct very full breakfast and friendly attention Jigger restaurant, excellent food and above all highlight the service and attention that has been exceptional every night location somewhat away from the center but to 2mn. Metro, direct line to Duomo and other places to visit.

The hotel is really nice especially the reception of the managers and the service. The Comfort.

The hotel is very nice. However, it has no pool (would be obligatory in Germany for the number of stars). Breakfast was not included with us, it would have cost €20 per person and day. Since we can never eat this value, we went to the café around the corner, which was cheaper and very tasty.
The hotel does not have an underground car park. The parking garage next door is quite expensive, it does not have a daily rate. However, there are plenty of blue-marked parking spaces (the yellow ones are only for residents), this cost with parking meter mo-fr from 8-19 pm 2 €/hour So €22 per day. So you can just stay overnight until the next morning and then pay again. The car does not have to be moved to another parking lot, it can stay for several days from one place. The hotel staff made us aware of this possibility. Carelessly you can leave the car there longer, our stand after three days unmolested still there.
There is a restaurant in the hotel with normal prices (a little less than in the tourist centres around the Duomo of Milan), but we did not try it, as we always ate dinner on the way.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the room very nicely decorated and clean. Large bathroom with tub (this also for showering), even a bidet was available.
The balcony was a bit unhappy with a concrete girder right across the eye altitude. However, in winter for and no drawback.

Comfortable hotel. Had everything I wanted bc it's a resort hotel. It costs about €14 to take a taxi to the center of Milan. Also, the metro was close and only 6 quick stops to the tourist area and €2.5 per trip per person. Must try their massage, gym, and must sit outside in the restaurant.

According to Melia Hotel Group, the hotel was renovated from 2015 to 2016 for 4Mio euros. Even now minor maintenance is neglected. For example, fitness room and single blemishes in the room. Savings in breakfast and certain services (press reader) are noticeable. Staff could continue to greet in the lobby during the evening.

Great service. The cleanliness is very good and the speed too. Breakfast is very good, I loved the visit.

Где кстати написано и про 15€ — которые вы сможете получить как бонус если зарегистрируетесь именно на их сайте (расплатиться ими в баре или ресторане) что показалось нам очень интересным предложением) ). Система такая: вы кушаете в ресторане на любую сумму, оповещаете о привелегии в 15€ бармена или официанта, берете чек и идете с ним на стойку регистрации, где якобы должны вам вернуть именно эту указанную сумму. НО УВЫ! это не соответствует действительности т. К они их не отдают, ссылаясь на то что в их системе оплаты не высвечивается ваше посещение в ресторане, что-то не прошло или вы не сказали в ресторане и так далее и тому подобное ( ( (Не приятно в общем. Тот, кто действительно рассчитывает на такую позитивную новость, придется разочароваться. Этот отель отвечает максимум 4-м звездам. При всей его помпезности, которую они всячески пытаются демонстрировать, увы нас встретил не совсем чистый номер, отсутствие халатов (но это мелочи) и ТАРАКАНЫ (фото прилагаю). Будьте осторожны, есть шанс привезти их домой в чемодане. Мы были в шоке!
В целом, хороший номер на 4-м этаже (номер в котором жили 432). Хорошая ванная комната и классно что есть совсем не дорогой SPA (15€ с человека)
Were in Milan on December 8, 2017. It was decided to stop at this hotel, having read about it on their website.

Perfect convention Center and hotel in every point of view cleaning breakfast services and availability. Modern and beautifully kept in the floors furnishings draperies etc. Delightful rooms. They also give you a smartphone with unlimited calls and internet inside the room and if you want to carry it around X turn Milan is free and you can. Of course you have to make it! Parking outside if you find it otherwise there is multistorey next door… but if you find out save.

I love this hotel. It's a little out of the city, but a short hop on the metro. Amazing rooms and great staff. The level lounge is very good. I stay here every time I visit Milan.

I stayed during an Oncology conference that was close by. The hospitality is warm. I needed a handy hot water bag for back ache that I requested be purchased and delivered. It was procured promptly, and the hotel said I could use it during my stay and there was no need to buy it, they will keep it on returning, it will help other guests some time. It was a good example of caring hospitality.

I was for a business meeting. Clean and friendly staff Location away from the city center but convenient for FieraCity.

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel quality. It only qualify 3 stars. Room's features and furnitures very cheap and ugly. Air conditioner is not working and they never show up to fix it. It's not worthy to paid 5 star price and live style like 3 stars. My suggestion to people that if you willing to paid over 300 euro per night then please searching real 5 stars hotel to enjoy 5 stars style. I never seen a 5 stars hotel so cheap and ugly inside before.

Very good hotel close to city center. Rooms are spacious and bathroom s amenities are great!

Was there for an event so cannot comment on rooms but the bar was nice enough and the meeting facilities were ok. Catering not great, food supplied for event looked like it had been bought in bulk from Iceland (the supermarket, not the country) and was pretty poor. Staff helpful enough but most seemed a bit surly.

Near San Siro Stadium Big lobby. Not in the city center but nice hotel. Mineral water just provided for the first night. At the next nights… there is no mineral water provided (we have to pay)

The Melia is always a nice experience. Excellent breakfast also for vegans. Clean rooms and the proper size. Restaurant valid Although I would not say cheap. Elegant Hall and small gym but open 24h!

Stayed here for the ISLH 2016 and only 5 minutes walk from the MiCo congressi. Stunning place with some great food and lovely staff. Would recommend for anyone wanted an "extra" experience. Definitely recommend the coffee and whole meal brioche for breakie. Thanks for a fab stay.

Located in a quiet and fairly central in Milan. Magnificent and modern structure that gives a nod to the classic interiors. Many amenities such as a spa, a bar and a Conference Centre. Serious and capable staff available. Walk in a moment all major transportation.

I stayed at the Melia Milano for work and I must say I had a great time. In particular, the Level has very clean and the service is great.

There have only been to the Spa, where you have to book being very small. Professionalism and helpfulness. There is a steam room, a sauna and a Jacuzzi. Excellent cleaning.

I've been to melia for business for its convenient location to the mico during a trade show.  
The lobby is beautiful and suitable for a 5 star hotel. But only that. The rooms have different years and feels, not (just) in the style but especially in use. The rooms are "tired" and with problems of various kinds. The first room I received (108) was full of smoke and smell was overlooking the street with a single window does not well soundproofed. I ask to be moved and I'm satisfied to finish in 511. Much nicer room and large but with a serious problem: mosquitoes. Dozens of mosquitoes that I have completely prevented from sleep the first night and the next day they made me get up full of bites to her face and body.  
The staff has always been attentive and efficient and took great care to spray insecticide and provide me with a hot plate. But the problem was so great that it cannot be solved.  
The breakfast was good and complete, but the quality of sleep and the stuffiness of the rooms incompatible with a 5 stars I do make a poor judgment.

Six or seven mosquitos in room upon arrival (on the window a name tag that says: we do not recommend opening the. Window for possible entry of mosquitos … but I DNT).
Inability to manage the room temperature …

Dont stay here! Bad hotel, with the worst treat I ever seen. Very standart breakfast. I asked do not disturb and 5 times the cleaners enter my room! I prefer to sleep in a car than stay ther on more night.

The Hotel is certainly from five stars; the shower was awful covered with a cloth that attaches while the fai (unhygienic)! Breakfast l we paid 25 euros per person, crazy.

The horrendous experience, other than 5 stars. Hotel booked on 9/10/2013 for the night of 5/31/2014 with their booking confirmation. Check in was supposed to be at 14.00, I arrived at 17.30 and surprise the reservation does not appear, however I had in hand printed from their website, booking for dinner on a floating sauna in the locker room I had has to change next but that for them it is not a hardship. Finally at 19.30 I was found a room, next day at checkout I paid full price even though I suffered all hardships and pretendevanno to be right. I booked the hotel booking to them did not appear is not my problem. Melia ' ever again.

We booked a double room with breakfast at this hotel using Onhotels at a cost of € 85. It's a hotel up to the standards you would expect, although the wear of the furnishings would seem to prove the thirteen years of age structure twice. We had no trouble sleeping for both pillows inexplicably harsh (should be offered an alternative) and the noise of some groups. Breakfast, as usual Melià, is palatial! The service, however, is better by the Spanish staff rather than from the Italian. Except for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, it is practically necessary to park your car in the garage next to € 20 for 24 hours. The hotel is located close to a Metro station leading to downtown. Please note that the hotel does not issue the tax receipt for bookings made with Onhotels, and then to get it we must insist with these and wait a lot.

For a five-star hotel, Melia Hotel and Resort has a very poor security and safety standard. Below is my story: This happened 2 days ago when my father has to lose a large amount of money (US$ 14, 000) in his safety deposit in his room. That morning my father wanted to change or get a substitute room due to the uncomfortaby of the room. Untill noon, he waited in his room. There was no news from the reception telling that my father can get the new availabe room. So, he decided to go out city tour. When he came back from city tour about 08:00 PM, he asked the reception whether or not he got the new room. Surprisingly, he found all his belongings or luggage in the concierge. Furthermore, he also found all of his valuable things that he save inside the safety box in his room were removed by the hotel officials to the safety box in the reception. When he checked, all were there except for the US$14, 000. I'm wondering how can the hotel officials did such things. Without my father permission and at his present as their guest, the hotel officials took out everything from the safety box. Until now, the hotel officials don't want to be responsible of my fathter lose. They don't admit their wrong doing. So, the money is gone. Finally, I would strongly not recommend that you stay as a guest in Melia Hotel and Resort due to its very poor security and safety issue. Thank you for listening.
