I arrive at the hotel and had not registered the reservation. They ask me if I remember the price because they have many prices, the breakfast that had to be included was not, mess overnight… no comment! No one measured my fever or had me fill out a triage form… Never again.

The room is clean and comfortable.

Noisy and unfriendly room, we didn t have any glasses to drink in our room, we didn’t have where to put the soap, shampoo in the shower;
The breakfast was very poor and I think is not nice to make the omlette at microwaves… and to have only plastic glasses.

Was clean but the bathroom had a moldy smell for some reason.
There was a Jacuzzi. I'd normally consider this a plus but you couldn't shower in it: you could pull up the shower head a little bit, but there was no place to hang it and you had to duck in order for the water to get to your hairs cause its cable was too short. And finally, something that really really annoyed me was the Wi-Fi: I logged in with Facebook and they forced me to like their page before I could be connec…ted + the permissions were way too many for the need they had. (Already removed all) It's one of the less expensive in the area but it's not cheap with around 70 Euros per night without the breakfast (8 Euros per day). It wasn't all bad. The position is ok, a gym below the hotel, clean, personal was nice. Can't judge the breakfast cause I didn't have it.

Abbiammo allogiato in tre nella camera "quadrupla". Camera spaziosa, pulita e con collazione inclusa. Lo cosiglio vivamente. Personale molto gentile ambiente accogliente. Posizione ok. Vicino alla stazione metropolitana Piola. Distante cca. 300 m.

We have stayed for fiew nights in three in the "four bed" room. Spacious, clean with breakfast included. I highly recommend it. Location ok. Near the Piola underground station. Distant cca. 300 m.

A short walk from Piola metro station, the entrance left me a little puzzled as it was shared with a gym. Inside, however, I discovered a spacious and clean room with large mirrors and an immense shower. Qualified staff and very discreet.

Terrible hotel do not book. Cancelled on myself and partner a day before we fly out. Ruining our experience and causing inconvenience.

Central location, clean and modern very clean rooms and soft bed. The only problem is that breakfast paid and very poor in choice. For the rest, let's say good.

Good hotel near Milan Center close to the piola station (Metro). Lots of good restaurants around: Alles (the boss speaks impeccable French)

Nice rooms and very clean, expensive parking (€24 per day) Breakfast buoyant (€8 per person) managed by non-Italian people, located in a good area of Milan. There is a gym and windows with a view of the hotel itself.

Terrible rooms, Ac broken with 80 degree weather and the receptionist makes the beautiful city of Milan feel like a prison. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Sincerely I hate you oasis.

Sadly disappointed with this hotel. The quality is not bad for the price, but do not think wrong with the reservation. We booked a room for three, then preferred two rooms (which is even somewhat more expensive than the first), as we were not allowed to cancel the reservation or return the money despite requesting it months in advance, and that we were going to go to that Hotel Yes or yes.

Decent Hotel. A greater care in the services (malfunctioning elevator, sachets of only shampoo and non-bubble bath, etc. ) could make it top view the favorable position to enjoy the city of Milan.

Clean, friendly staff and basic environment. No big claims but it deserves a great review. Near the hotel a fabulous pastry bar for top breakfasts!

The room was really tidy and clean, well furnished and the employees were kind to provide the informations. The price for the room was fair, considering the location.

Very comfortable, clean and warm Hotel, I have been there in January. Very good breakfast Helpful and friendly staff. A few meters from the Metro that takes you where you want.

Big room comfortable bed. The employes are nice.

Good hotel. Clean rooms and enough to rest at night and shower. The hotel is a bit far from the center but there are meters nearby. The only negative is the sound insulation of the room, which if the rest of guests are not respectful you will hear the hallway.

If you do not have a car clad Italy, take absolutely the parking offered (paying and only 6 places available), they break the Windows of cars veneered France or elsewhere (4 cars broken in 2 nights) right in front of the hotel!
Otherwise, good location, clean room, adequate breakfast and friendly staff. On the other hand, double bed too small (1, 5 rather), air conditioning-heating too noisy!
Personally, I'm not going back there anymore.

Modern and clean rooms A bit poor breakfast and the service can be improved but prices are always very cheap.

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment suited our needs. The food was great plenty of it each mealtime. Staff were helpful and always on hand.

My company sent an intern to the structure in question and the same told me that the bad rooms, do not correspond absolutely to the photos in the site.
Managed by foreigners who do not understand the Italian, room without light + the bathroom broken, asked to change room but they were all the same.
Without bottles of water available, when he requested it they did not take it to the room but had to go downstairs otherwise he would have to pay the supplement.
Breakfast never made, because not included in the price, and they would add 10 euros more to the bill and despite that there were only dried eggs.

Particular structure. I stayed there only one night as I was in Milan for work. Great location not just based on what I had to do. Well-tended place, perhaps the only flaw is that the common areas (reception, breakfast room and corridors) give almost the impression of being in a modern office. On the one hand I think it's a matter of security, cameras on each floor and stadium lighting, but on the one hand well. Access to the structure (located on several levels, on the first floor there is a nice gym/wellness center), both from internal staircases and from outside elevator, or you go up to the ground floor and you arrive direct to the piano without passing by the reception. I spent, booking on line, €62. It's worth them all. Neat and clean structure, new mattress not soft. Unique flaws: Buffet breakfast too expensive (€8), there are so many bars just outside, little amenities in the bathroom (a bar of soap and a bag of shampoo plus no spoil) and sheets and pen in the room, I was there for work and I was equipped, but if there had been it would have been better.
I highly recommend it.

For the price paid (but our fault as we booked through Agency) the room was very poor. Furniture was scuffed and electrical point near bed was broken so dangerous as well. It was unusually warm the week my family visited Milan and the hotel had no air conditioning so room temperature was 27 degrees which was uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast was quite poor so my family found a nice cafe down the road, where the whole family ate brioche and tea for a total sum of 6 Euros, rather than 8 Euros per head the hotel were charging. Staff were very nice and helpful with places to see and connections to the subway.

Our stay was very unpleasant. Overpriced and we didnt even get breakfast… Never going back. The receptionists were not helpful at all, they had no idea what they were doing. The rooms were freezing at night so we asked them about the heating and they said they wont be working until the end of the month (we went there in october), so we asked them for blankets and they just gave us one dirty duvet without a cover and not even until the last night. We were three girls in one room and we had a guy clearly on drugs knocking on our window in the middle of the night and when we told reception they barely did anything, so we didn't feel safe in our room throughout the whole stay. The rooms were never cleaned properly. They added city tax on the final price last minute and we were never informed about it, so we had to pay an extra 4 euros per person per night. You can find so much better for the same price and even get free breakfast with it.

I was there during August 2017 for 3 nights. It is a complete review on this hotel. I hope it would be helpful for you. **PROS: — Location; It is very close to Piola metro station and you can go to most of the tourist action from there (directly to the terminal and one change to the tourist attractions). — Super-polite and kind staff; they are welcoming and hospitable staff. You feel pretty good while talking with them. They are responsible and helpful, always smiling even if you complain of an issue. They speak English fluently. — Cleanness; it was clean and neat. Also it was cleaned every day. They change all the soap, shampoo etc. Each day and you feel good of their cleaning system. — Very spacious room which satisfied us completely. — Fair price for the quality of the hotel — A 24-hour Carrefour is in nearby street (5 min walk). — clean shower and toilet, hair dryer, very satisfying Wi-Fi, quiet and calm place, safe box, TV **CONS: — lazy elevator! You should press and hold the button to go the intended floor. Also for finding the exit you should solve a maze! — one day while I was taking a shower, suddenly hot water was turned off! It took 30 min to turn it on again! Also I found that they did their best to solve our problem and I am not unhappy that much for this unexpected problem. — very week A/C; It took hours to make your room cool while you come back tired to rest.

It is a cozy and clean place with friendly staff.

Location is fine, service is fine. My room smelled bad, had no A/C, and breakfast was regular.

Very clean and well maintained room. However, check out is at 11 which is not good if you check in at 2am after 9h of driving. After 7am it is impossible to sleep, every single door in the hotel slams like a farm gate and the walls are so thin you can even hear the cuttlery in the breakfast room. The standards of comfort are so low that not even the smallest things like tucking the sheets are observed. The view from my room was to the smoking area at the same level so I could hear the chatting all morning. At 10am they start vacuuming so prepare for a rude wake up call. I am doing a road trip around Italy after 7 days of driving and hotels this one is by far the worse experience!

Very well managed and clean hotel in a confortable and quiet building and strategic position near Piola Metro Station, not far from Milan Central Station. The staff is multilingual and very helpful, breakfast is very good and over the 3-star standard with Eggs, turkey, bacon, salami, sausages, croissant, muesly, milk fresh cappuccino/coffe/latte prepared on the spot, juices and baked cakes.
There's a wide range of rooms some of which have very pleasant views of the roofs and …the green Viale Lombardia trees.
Excellent clean service (every day spotless bathrooms and rooms), and as of November 2016 a new ultra speed wi fi has been installed and the Internet service, which was decent already has been improved dramatically. The hall and corridors are decorated with beautiful fine art prints and Karen at the hotel reception is ready to answer almost any of your request! Overall a very recommended and good value 3-star hotel.

Impeccable room cleaning. Courteous staff. The hotel is a labyrinth that spans across multiple buildings connected by corridors and stairs. Depending on the Palace room is kept more or less well but still in very good condition.

The bathroom was spacious and well done, only problem the deafening noise of the fan,
To go to the room you pass from the front desk and there is no control.

The worst, no hot water for a full day, don't have cot, not responding single request, sometimes the doors of rooms not open and they don't clean the room if you pray!

As a customer I found an exceptional hotel OASIS Village will be sailed, the great courtesy and attentiveness of the staff in a comfortable place they cancelled the chronic fatigue by giving me the proper panache in immerse myself in the beautiful and bustling Milan; not to mention the money that hangs very much in favour of the customer.
