Hotel situate 5 minutes by foot to the lake, it conviniant. Room is small and not very clean. The breakfast is poor.

The place is nice to spend a night there. We booked a family apartment from the hotel. Cleanliness, breakfast at the top. Good welcome and services. On the other hand the Wi-Fi is very poor, the connection works 1 times out of 10.

Very noisy rooms, there is some sort of vacuum that woke me up at night more than once. Plus, walls are pretty thin.

We had a small but clean and sufficient room for one night. The room had a small balcony with a great view of the hills. The parking was also included which was very convenient given that finding a parking place is not easy in Como. The beakfast was nice and the staff were super helpful.

Functional room, welcoming staff (and coping very well in English and even a little in French! ), right next to the historic center and boat departures. Very satisfied.
Only downside: some rooms, including mine, have a direct view of the building opposite…

The Hotel is very close to the lake and the centre of Como. I used a double room for single use, present Wi-Fi (of decent quality), self-conditioning control, bathroom with shower and all the necessary services. Breakfast is the only flaw, there is no classic buffet but it is served on order without a big offer. However promoted.

Normal Hotel to stay a few days in order to visit the city and small towns near the Lake. Friendly staff, spacious clean and well ordered. A little disappointing breakfast for a 3 star hotel.

Good hotel, comfortable beds. Breakfast adequate, it was served. Unfortunately, a large, heavily trafficked main str is directly in front of the hotel. Very noisy even at night.

Stayed in June 2012, for a one night stop whilst on a motorbike tour. POSITIVE The staff are very friendly, uncomplicated and very helpful. There was an enclosed and locked parking area for the motorbike. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. NEGATIVE The hotel is situated ~ possibly ~ on the most busiest road in Como (the main road in and out towards Switzerland). So traffic noise is high ~ but only until about 2am! SUMMARY I personally would not hesitate booking here again ~ although I would probably try to look for a more quieter place first ~ but then you would probably be more out, away from the town.
