I don't know what to add I found myself very well to point out
The pool in this warm period useful and to finish the owner offered for August aperitif and watermelons at will thanks for the excellent stay.

There was noisy. The swimming pool opened 10-7, very strange hours for business hotel. There were ants in rooms. In general clean, nice breakfast, nice stuff.

4-Star Hotel. The rooms are large and clean good service. The breakfast also is good with both salty and sweet. Too bad for the rooms that need some maintenance and make it not really a 4 star hotel. Parking and is attached to the restaurant of the same name.

A pleasant structure just a few steps from the centre of Brescia, easily reachable by Metro (approx. 200 meters). Good facilities of the conference rooms, very attentive and professional staff, excellent kitchen. There is a small non-guarded outdoor parking.

I was here for a meeting, I found the location excellent and the staff efficient and professional.

It would need a nice renovation. In any case I found maximum cleanliness and staff friendly and efficient.

Single room on the fourth floor, it is impossible to adjust the internal temperature which is too high. The bed is deformed to the point of having a trough in the center. The furnishings of the bathroom are to be modernized, a toilet that has seen a lot of water and not only, after a long time, takes on a color that is not beautiful even at home. Good breakfast, no coffee. Great Wi-Fi and free parking.

The hotel is equipped with real mini apartments with all kinds of comforts. The people in the room tidy up an impeccable service. The staff at the reception and at the bar is very courteous and helpful.

Luxury Hotel and very convenient to the doors of the small R amazing city of Brescia. Very close to the university and the city Metro.

A good hotel in stadium/Spedali civil area. Maybe to modernize a bit the rooms area but overall more than satisfactory.

The hotel is quite good, clean and with parking, the swiminpool is also available but in summer season, the formitures are such a "dejavu" to the 70's. Close to hotel is the restaurant good plece to have a pizza.

You can already see the hotel which has been on the hump for a few years. Besides, you can also dine well.

Attended a meeting in a hotel room. I can't give comments about the quality of the room I of the services.

Staff quite friendly, albeit with Lückenhaftem English. The equipment has been on the hump for a few years. The shower, especially the joints, looks a little inviting, otherwise there is a lot of rust in the bathroom. The air conditioning is very noisy and has little effect. The last cleaning should be the appearance of the dirty ventilation grille after years. When they fell down with documents and landed under the bed, I hardly trust my eyes, given the thick layer of dust underneath.
The "View" is none, but I didn't expect anything else. The breakfast was OK: All-you-can-eat and especially all-you-can-drink. Since there is no free bottle of water in the room and the nearest supermarket is quite far away, this is at least a small compensation after the first night following a late arrival. Privately, I would not choose this hotel.

L'hotel Cà Noa è una struttura moderna, molto bella la hall con ampi divani di pelle bianca. Ottimo il servizio del bar che ha prezzi competitivi rispetto a quello di altri hotel della zona… Ampio parcheggio. L'hotel ha numerose sale per convention e ampie sale per la colazione e ristoranti. Ha la piscina all'aperto funzionante durante la stagione estiva.

Been there for a conference. Nice conference hall and bar area, with a classical style in building and furniture. Free parking available.

OK hotel, rooms feel a bit dated.

I think it's one of the few hotels that have preserved the bad habit all Italian to consider an individual as a hovel, a cell with a cot … Not to mention a very old and badly maintained, one single bed size child, absence of an outlet near the bed, an air conditioning, a bathroom with interlocking accessories very old (see hair dryer) … really bad! And at a price not modest.
Four stars declared but well washed out … the lobby is just a red herring.
To save only the friendly staff.
