Hotel restaurant.
Focused more on the working world, but not only obviously, excellent quality and affordable prices.
Restaurant. The restaurant during the week makes the menu at a fixed price at lunch and eats more than satisfactorily. Buffet vegetables, drinks on tap.
3-4-5 choices between first and second different each day. Friday but also Thursday also fish.
In the area I think is the Top.
Hotel. The rooms are nice, the bathroom is quite spacious, not very small, TV in the room, phone, closet for clothes.
The staff are friendly and helpful, for every need there are.
Large parking, indeed there are at least three, one small in front, one large at the back and one even larger moving by very little.

Hotel without too much pretension, but clean and tidy.
Kind welcome.
Suitable for those who travel for business or for a few days.
Good value for money
There is also a private hotel car park.

Room is ok, hotel is nice. But landlady is very unkind and breakfast is very poor and unsatisfying.

Mismanagement and rude, in the middle of winter leave heating off and after complaints put it at full throttle, disservice made it to three women of which one of 85 years. Frankly poor service and very expensive.

I was only at the restaurant for lunch work. There are better alternatives in the area.

I'm going to the restaurant. Business lunch… Emanuele's kitchen is classic sober essential dining.

The rooms dated and with smoke smell. The restaurant Incommentabile. Cooked Pasta in just 5 min (precooked) and hot and soft pork meat. A potato salad boiled 11 euros… and nn add the cost of the account…
I would not recommend it absolutely.

Wi-Fi was horrible. Not workong at all.

Nice place, everything clean, good service in restaurant you eat well and you spend little.

Went for a working lunch in two people, at 1pm. 00 was little left. Also the reception of the waitress leaves to be desired, telling us that it was a bit late motivating that there was little. Even the quality was poor. 2 stars are large enough.

Hotel outside center, very nice outside, inside a little ' retro, a little ' very in my opinion, clean but very simple rooms with a little ' old and cheap furnishings; Buffet breakfast just as simple, which starts not exactly good now, if you stay there on business and you have the alarm clock soon ask why you risk having to do it elsewhere; On the other hand it has free internal parking, the TV in the room and the price per night is economical;

Good hotel with parking, very friendly good breakfast and good heating, nearby places where you can dine or eat at a good price and you can walk!

Nice Hotel.
Comfortable beds. Would be average.
But unfortunately it is lacking in various aspects. First of all the cleanliness.
Even the breakfast is already basic, does not meet the most trivial requests. Maybe a case, they forgot to do the shopping.
We arrived and our reservation (despite even some mails exchanged before arrival) was not marked. They immediately remediate and find a room. But they are not shining for reception.
Great location in quiet area, near highway and to get to the center of Brescia by car in 10 minutes.

Non-existent reception. One night only overnight. Clean room Although in the morning the housekeeping staff is quite noisy. Poor breakfast and not particularly good some medium low quality brioche.

Convenient to reach. Close to the city even by public transport. Convenient parking. Nice rooms and privacy.

Comfortable, friendly, clean and cheap… perfect as a base if you are around for work, or as a stopover if you are in the area and don't want to spend too much; Also the location is great, outside Brescia but ten minutes from downtown!

The breakfast buffet is well assorted. Very poor Wifi in my room.

Excellent value for money. We spent €44 for 1 night in a double room with breakfast. Only the breakfast we did not feel good, there were 2 brioches is all cold stuff (yogurt, cheese, ham, etc. ) I don't know if it's the norm or just a case.

I didn't miss anything (apart from Wi-Fi every now and then) it's all you can expect from a 3 star nothing more. Great smell at the entrance and in the room, found everything spotless.

Great location. Comfortable, safe and close to freeway and Brescia historic center. Restaurant and breakfast was also very good!

Good hotel with a restaurant adjacent to it.

The service is unacceptable for a hotel.
They made me book and tell me, once I arrived, I had sold my room.
Also I had cheated selling in 2 different prices the same room (later sold to third parties) just because I had asked for the room for single use.
The entrance to the hotel leaves no even well think.
Glad I ran away.

Small rooms, very uncomfortable, some without bidet. You perceive all the noise and the voices of adjoining rooms. The staff mostly absent is cold and unfriendly. The restaurant is the only positive note although discreetly with a pretty shoddy and inattentive service: If anything you eat fairly healthy. The wireless connection is almost always unavailable.

Very pleasant, suitable for lovers of antique objects. The friendly and helpful staff, great food.
