We stayed here for only 2 nights but I wish we'd stayed for a week! It is just so incredibly beautiful, positioned on the top of a hill overlooking the sea on one side and the mountains on the other, and in the middle of the woods and nature.
Booking was easy and the landlady called me very soon after my email, and sent us detailed information of how to reach the spot. (You do have to drive up a long windy track, some of which is very rustic so go slowly with the car, it is advisable to go during the day)
The breakfast is absolutely delicious — all homemade cakes, jams, fresh bread, fresh juices and homemade yoghurts and cheeses. We also had a lovely lunch with fresh produce all from their gardens, and you can request picnics to go out.
Supper was a 4 course meal with a scrumptious starter bruschette topped with fresh ricotto and herbs, pestos, tomatoes, then a selection of warm foccaccia with local cheeses. (I think made from the farm's sheep, so quite like Pecorino) This followed by a zucchini lasagna, and a yummy carrot polenta cake for pudding. The food is mostly vegetarian because its all from the farm, but you can request more meaty cuisine.
The restaurant they supply veg to in Sestri Levante (La Calanca) does delicious fresh seafood, and is worth a visit. There are lots of well-marked footpaths for walking, but I suggest buying a map in Sestri Levante of the paths. They also have mountain bikes and horses, so there are lots of other activities.
The main attraction however, is lying about in the hammocks and deckchairs and swinging on the swing overlooking the sea. The air is fresh and there is a nice breeze as respite from the heat.
It is far away from any tourists, with no light pollution and clear skies good for lying on the sun loungers and gazing at the stars!
The family is welcoming, the rooms were clean and spacious with plenty of hot water and towels. There is Wi-Fi, but it is a nice place to turn off your phone and relax.
Moneglia and Sestri Levante (two lovely seaside towns) are close by, about 20 mins in the car.
Highly recommended!

We had booked there for 3 nights when we got there (after about 1 Sdt ride as if through a better creek bed for the last
5 KM), and there were also the only guests, the room had nothing to do with those in pictures, and then we were also told that the kitchen had closed (unlike in the description), the common room in the wall had a large hole where it went through and was also not usable, we left again very disappointed on the spot, very great also that the landlord has retained the full costs, thanks also to Booking com with such partners,
can only say hands away from this property
WHAT A PITY.
