It was a great last minute hotel. Our room had the best views with an incredible balcony!
We were right above the bar, so it was loud until ~ 2300. Not a big deal. Internet was pretty slow, but you’re not there for that anyway :-)

I stayed at this fabulous hotel for one night in the sea view room. I also had dinner in the room and the service and quality of the food is great!
Super nice and helpful staff and this is really nice.
I will definitely come back to try the indoor Spa and some relaxing massage as well.

Intim place.

The hotel is the best near the beach and the city center, hotel restaurant is the best friendly staff, we ordered veal cutlets for two, and by mistake they brought tow, and they did not charge us, they have very good deserts.

Reception very courteous and helpful, accommodating for the demands of sudden and out of the program. Staff very young but very smiley and elastic to cover different roles. Excellent breakfast. Repeat.

Very nice hotel from the outside, you'd have to settle for that! Once the door is passed, the rooms are tiny, the decoration is outdated (by a good twenty years), the bathroom is to the millimeter. The sea view is superb, besides it lacks a shutter so that we can make the most of it. The partitions are thin, you can hear his neighbour showering, the staff moving his trolleys, the children in the hallway.
Breakfast is mediocre though plentiful.
You have to pay 15 euros a day to park your car.
On a rainy day, we asked for the loan of an umbrella: 18 euros.
This does not describe a 4-star hotel and does not justify this paltry price! The rest of Arenzano is up to the task fortunately!

Bad surprise this year. The hotel's parking, absolutely internal and open (in short, a courtyard), is free only for suites. For the other 15 euros a day. Excessive I would say. To redo the décor of the rooms. Old wallpaper semi detached from the walls. Floors that creak far-fetched. The waitresses on the floor every day forget about something… Maybe the property wants to save money? I remember it would be a 4 star.

Great location. Grand Hotel in the truest sense of the word. It has not only its name, but also its substance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My wife and I, on their honeymoon, gave us a free upgrade to the suite as a gift. These are gestures to be appreciated.

The Hotel really comfortable. Excellent both from the point of view of the cleanliness of both the services offered and the helpfulness of the staff. The council of the suite, as very comfortable and well furnished. The cuisine is refined, with high quality raw materials and dishes well cared for. Customer requests are always well catered for, in particular with regard to allergies and food intolerances. L'only fault is the pool, which, although wide and comfortable, it offers the possibility to all customers to have a beach chair and an umbrella, because of the'the small number of the same. If you think that the beach is always very crowded too, 'it with the lack of availability of sun loungers, the problem of the'use of the swimming pool is not insignificant.

This is the second time I've stayed here and I love the location. It's very clean, the staff are friendly. The hotel restaurant is excellent as is the breakfast and the private pool is the icing on the cake. I'm looking forward to coming back next year.

I spent the Easter weekend there, the Hotel is gorgeous. Welcome, courtesy and availability at the top, care rooms in every detail, large rooms, hearty and varied breakfast, great cuisine, beachfront location, contribute to the success of a perfect Stay!

Only had a small room. Very easy to set up, however, the bed was pleasant u. The shower OK. The food was very simple (pasta, to al dente, veal goulash nicely spiced, little sauce, potatoes watery. The apple pie as a dessert pretty good. ) for one night it went, a grand hotel I imagine differently.

It is really a nice surprise, it is a great hotel, the structure, seafront, is beautiful and elegant construction finely restored with excellent classy and elegant furnishings. The free parking on the property, and the beautiful and large pool that is on the side of the hotel, with bars and beach furnishings on the edges, help to give this structure an imprint of medium high hospitality. The restaurant, which unfortunately I could not test, looks like a high class restaurant and quality.
The room where I slept for the truth was a little small but elegant and was seen recently renovated; A nice bathroom with the amenities of courtesy and a great and complete breakfast with a wide buffet of sweet and savory completes the elegant and refined reception that the hotel reserves to its guests.

The reception was correct with good English. The room I was assigned was on the first floor, and it was noisy. I asked for a change before I occupied it but I was told it was not possible. The hotel is nice, has a terrace where you can see the sea, but at least in my case the views of the room were horrible, below the street. The breakfast was very good but it took time to replenish. The bar was so deserted that we had to warn at the front desk for someone to come and attend us. The shower is for very thin people as it is difficult to access and very cramped. Yes, the bed is comfortable and the hotel is nice.

The location was spectacular. The restaurant was delicious one Michelin ☆. The Chef is a celebrity TV Chef.

Too loud. Too dirty. Too old. Too crowded. Won't go there again. Even for a 4 star hotel it sucks at all. Best times are over. They are just making money with outdated rooms and dirty noisy pool environment.

I had the pleasure of staying in and I was fine, the room (sea view double) was tidy and spacious, including the bathroom. I very much enjoyed the cuisine of chef Ivano ricchebono that I have had the pleasure of knowing. Great professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I often return there with my family including this evening where we took part in the buffet of ferragosto, which was impeccable! One of the most beautiful things is to feel at home when the staff riconoscendoti, "runs" to greet! I hope to have the occasion to come back many other times.

Old rooms, quality of services very questionable.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are clean and well maintained by staff. The fitness area is a bit hard to find but has all you need. The pool area is big and has a bar. For the golf course you need to take a ride to get there becouse it is NOT on the hotel grounds. Service is great, they speak English, Deutch, and Italian good enough to get information from and other services (like what's the weather going to be like today). In short the hotel is great to stay in and you've got everything you need to entertain yourself the restaurant is in the hotel building. Have a nice stay if you are here!

Wonderful place nearby seaside (25 meter! ) Wonderful setting for eventi and also for lovely week end. Arenzano is a nice place for two But also for Families. Shopping promenade parks blue sea And green mountains… you can do everything. Or Notingh in relax.

The "free" Internet is less than a 56k modem connection, forget about using it for anything else than simple messaging. Listing this as free is a scam. Most doors have signs of forced entry/break-ins, there is no security present and the building can be entered through multiple spots unseen. AC works only when the entry card is in the room, be prepared to enter your nicely heated up room after a day outside. Breakfast was okay, average selection, staff unorganized and some passerbys filling up their water bottle from the buffet.

I was a guest in July and August we had booked a superior su booking but they gave us a room that wasn't even a standard old ugly and the window without shutters and then in the morning at 5 was already clear from a hotel like I expected much more without thinking about what you are paid.

Very very nice place, good breakfast and in a nice and friendly environment. The only but and it’s a big one, is that the air conditioner didn’t work very well, so the temperature in the two rooms we rented where above 27 degrees Celsius with tea aircon at full speed 24h.

I stayed for two nights because I had a meeting in Genoa, I chose this Hotel because the previous year I stayed in Genoa but for traffic and parking space, I promised myself that if I returned I would have chosen a hotel near Genoa, I chose the Grand hotel at only 18 km from Genoa, was very satisfied. Very clean rooms, good catering, breakfast ok, staff extremely friendly and courteous.
